A rush of andrenaline course through your veins as you immediately rush outside of the restaurant, leaving Sherlock all alone. He sense that it was urgent and in needs of your presence thats why after your read the letter, he immediately gave you the nod to go.

Now alone, the detective quietly sit back and drink his lukewarm coffee, he enjoys your company to the point that he had forgotten about his coffee. While thinking, his eyes suddenly caught a shiny object, making him raise a brow in confusion.

Standing up quietly, he approach the seat that you were sitting a minute ago and kneeling in one knee to get a good look of the shiny object. Lifting the tablecloth and grabbing the shining object, he stares at it and knew that it was from you.

It was a bracelet. He have seen you wearing it while the two of you were talking. It might have slipped off your wrist when you were rushing out of the restaurant.

Sherlock give it a quick stare before shoving it in the pockets of his blazers and geabbing a croissant (quaso) before making his way out of the restaurant.

'At least I'll have an excuse to see her again.'

. . .

The sound of the footsteps of the horse and the carriage's wheels thumping on the cement floor filled your ears, you intertwined both of your hands as you near your manor. You can hear people chatter on the way to your manor but their voices are blurred, everything was a blur to you as your mind was still repeating the words on the letter.

Dear [Name],

I'm writing this lettee in a rush, I cannot explain nor can I put it in words as I am still digesting the situation right now but I hope that this letter had come to you as soon as I ask for someone to give it to you.

I want you to go back home as soon as this letter had found you, dear. As it is very important, and I hope that I'm not interrupting something as you're reading this.

This is about your older sister, Roseia, I cannot disclose any information about her situation in this letter but I want to tell you that her something unexpected had happened.

You wonder what that 'something unexpected' is, is it bad? Or is it good? Your mind is going haywire as you continue to think about her.

Anxiety bubbles inside of you as you stare at the window of the carriage, familiar wall— with vines and flower attach to it— of the manor. And minutes later, you finally saw the gate of the hacienda.

With the carriage stopping, you immediately opened the door, not letting the coachman to open it for you and immediately rush inside of fhe manor. You could hear some of the gardeners and maids greeted you a 'Welcome home' but you didn't mind them as you enter the house.

Your heart beat was uncontrollable, with every second you heart would beat a lot of times, your breathe becoming short and suffocated. Clutching the fabrics of your clothes, you went up the stairs, after removing your heels and up to the room of your sister.

Train of thoughts about Roseia, is she okay? What happened to her? Why did your mother need your presence? While you were running in the halls, you almost trip over many times because of how long the skirt was.

Your eyes look for the door of the room of your sister, your thoughts unorganized and was in a jumbled. With a heavy breath, you clutch the doorknob and open it. By how hard you opened the door, there was a loud bang when it hit the wall next to it.

Marianne was startled by the sound, her eyes was locked with yours and traveled down to your disheveled look. She was holding Roseia's hands and immediately put it down to walk up to you, her eyes welling in tears as she hug you.

"Oh dear." All she spoke, putting a hand on your head and hug you tight. Your eyes scanned the room, your father was there as well your two younger brothers. Then your eyes landed on your sister's bed, your eyes widen as you stare at her.

Alive and well.

A tear left your eye, your mother latch off herself to you and let you walk towards your sister. She was as beautiful as the day you lost her. When you finally come across her bed frame, you immediately kneeled in front of her, grabbing her left hand and crying on her bed.

"I'm sorry." Those words left your mouth multiple times, tears streaming down your cheeks. You were sorry in a lot of times. You felt responsible for what happened to her, if you were there a minute early, if you never left her side in the first place, she wouldn't be..

"[name]," tears continue to flow your eyes as you finally heard her voice, the same voice that sings you to sleep when you were younger, the voice that you can compare to a gentle whistle of the wind at how calming and soothing her voice is. Dulcet and harmonious. "Don't be sorry." You felt her hand brush through your tangled hair, a soft chuckle left her lips as she remove her left hand on yours and detangled your hair.

"You're still clumsy as ever." You raise your head and stared at her, using her left hand she wipe away the tears on your cheeks. She was smiling at you, her face looks so bright. "I'm glad you're here now [name]." You cannot utter a word, the words got stuck to your throat and all you can do was smile at her while tears are still streaming down your cheeks.

"Welcome home, [name]."

Finally, it feels like home.
