I woke up to someone playing guitar and singing, I couldn't tell who it was because my brain was still half asleep. I blinked a few times and concentrated on the voice. "here comes that movie seen, one u thinks so cliche, that moment when we kiss, by the lake pouring rain, I ant no superman but I can change ur world," the voice pauses and I realize it's Riker. During the pause I open my eyes and murmur "that was beautiful, your voice is amazing" He jumps startled because he didn't know I was awake. "Oh! good morning Nova, I didn't realize that u were awake." "Oh I just woke up to ur singing." I say sitting up an stretching.

"Oh thanks Nova." he says blushing, "ur really cute when u sleep u know that." now it's my turn to blush, because RIKER LYNCH THINKS I'M CUTE WHEN I SLEEP!!!!! "th- th- thanks Riker." I stutter. "c'mon get dressed then let's go eat some breakfast." he mutters "ok i say getting out of bed. Riker walks out of the room as I stand up. "Do u realize that u are the only person so far that's actually realized that u need to leave for me to get dressed!" I laugh.

"really?" he laughs "Ya I had to literally push Ratliff out of the door! oh and speaking of Ratliff sorry for doing that to ur tyedye shirt!" "oh it's ok I didn't like the tyedye anyway" he says. "ok that's good!" I shut the door an put on a pair of sweatpants and a tank top. I didn't feel like dressing up today. I wander down the stairs and see Riker making me some scrambled eggs. "ohhhh that smells good!" I exclaim as I walk into the kitchen. "thanks I made them for u because earlier everyone else ate all the breakfast!" "hahahaha wow! thanks Riker u really didn't have to make me breakfast!" I exclaim.

"Oh I know but I wanted to" he replies putting the eggs on a plate and giving them to me "dig in!" I sit down and gulp down the eggs. "wow u were hungry!!" Riker exclaims, "hey it was good so I ate fast!" I laugh, "so what's on the agenda today?" I ask while walking over to the sink and washing my dish. "Oh well I didn't really plan anything so I was wondering if u want to watch a movie with me?" Riker asks suddenly shy.

"Ya ok! I would love to! what movie?" I ask. "how about Romeo and Juliet?" he says. "ok sounds good! I've never seen that movie so I won't know what happens!" "cool I'll make the popcorn!" Riker exclaims. He puts a bag of popcorn into the microwave and we walk into the living room, we find the DVD and I pop it into DVD player while Riker gets the popcorn.

He walks back into the living room and settles on the couch I hit play and sit on the opposite side of the couch. The movie starts and I soon realized that sitting on the opposite side of the couch prevented me from reaching the popcorn. I crawled over to the other side of the couch and sit next to Riker with a few inches of space between us and I can literally feel the warmth from his skin and it sent tingles up and down my arm. My heart is beating like crazy and then I feel Riker settle against me. I jump and Riker starts. "sorry! u don't want me to lean against u I get it sorry!" he exclaims looking slightly nervous. "no no it's fine is just I was surprised!" say trying to get things back to how they were before.

"Oh ok Nova" he mumbles and sits back down. but he doesn't lean against me. "uhhh Riker I want to tell u something." I mumble. "What is it?" Riker asks looking into my eyes, "Riker I like you I like you all-" I get cut off because Riker leans forward and crushes his lips against mine. I jump slightly on shock and then kiss him back.

Then I realize what I'm doing I'm kissing Riker Lynch the one person that I really like, but he is to old for me. I'm 18 he is 21 it can't and won't work! I pull away and say "no! no! I can't do this Riker!" "why not Nova? you said so yourself that u like me and I like you to so why not!?" Riker exclaims. "because I'm 18 your 21 I'm to young for u and ur to old for me!" "I don't care I like you so please!" "no! there is to big an age difference I can't be with you no matter how much I like you! and that's ALOT!" "DON'T YOU GET IT NOVA! I DON'T CARE I DON'T CARE HOW OLD YOU ARE AND HOW OLD I AM I LIKE YOU AS YOU AND NOTHING CAN CHANGE THAT! so please Nova will you go out with me?" I listen taken aback at Riker yelling which is something I have never heard him do. I give in "ok yes I will go out with you Riker I will."

He smiles because he know he has won me over and then leans in, I close my eyes and I feel his lips press against mine. I feel sparks shooting from my mouth and down my body. This is what it must feel like to fall in love I thought, being kissed by the one person I love.

Riker pulls away and murmurs three words "I love you." my eyes open wide and I realize I loved him to I whisper back,"I love you too Riker" we stare I to each other's eyes and then with our hand intertwined we snuggle close together and watch movie after movie after movie, even after the popcorn ran out we didn't move from the spot we were in except maybe to kiss again and then snuggle closer. Me and Riker don't hear the other Lynches come home and he leans over to kiss me again, "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!" we hear Rydel scream, we jump apart and see her standing there staring at us with her mouth wide open she points to our hands (which are intertwined) and then back and forth between the two of us "wha?! since when!? how? What!?" she mutters looking extremely confused.

Then suddenly Ross, Rocky, and Ryland come running into the room "what happened!" Ross asks breathless from running in here. "we.... heard..... you.... scream Rydel." Rocky says looking at her stunned face and then at us "wait u guys are holding hands Rydel screamed when she saw u, huh! u guys were kissing weren't u!" Rocky says putting all the clues together "what!" Ross and Ryland say in unison, looking at us aghast.

Riker and I look at each other then Riker clears his throat "uhhh ya we were, Nova and I are together now we both like each other, alot." I look over at Ross he has arranged his face to look happy for us, but I can see in his eyes he is hurt on the inside. "ahhhhhh!" Rydel screams again and this time Ryland holds his hand up to his ears. "geez ur gonna make me go deaf!" he tells Rydel who scream again causing him to groan. "ahh! this I so exciting!!! I was wondering when this was going to happen!" She squeals.

I look over at Ross again and see that he looks like he is trying to keep from crying, Rocky is patting him on the back and whispering in his ear. He nods and looks calmer. "Hey Nova can I talk to u?" Rocky asks suddenly, "sure" I reply getting up off the couch. He leads me into the kitchen and says, "is this why Ross didn't ask u out because he knew you liked Riker?" I nod and he continues "is this also what u didn't want to tell me when I asked u about it a few days ago?" again I nod. He finishes up by telling me, "just let me tell u. you broke one of my younger brothers hearts already, so if u break my older brothers heart as well I will not forgive u. understand?" he asks me seriously.

"yes I understand Rocky and trust me I will not break Rikers heart I care about him to much, I care about Ross to it just I care about Riker more." "ok Nova I trust u because ur trustworthy." we walk back into the living room were Rydel is talking a mile a minute and the other boys are sitting and standing there looking extremely lost. "Rydel, hey! Rydel! RYDEL!" I scream snapping her out of it. "What! oh sorry hahaha I got lost in the moment" she tells us.

We laugh knowingly and walk into the kitchen to see if dinner is ready, it is. During dinner Rydel tells Mark and Stormie about Riker and I(ironic isn't it Rydel yells them about Riker and I, not Riker and I telling them about Riker and I). After dinner all of us crown into Riker and Rockys room and talk and laugh I cuddle up close to Riker on his bed and after awhile everyone leaves to go to bed until it's just me Rocky and Riker.

Eventually Rocky goes to bed. "can u sing me a song?" I asked Riker. "What song?" he asks back "the song u think of when u look at me" I reply after thinking. "ok" he whispers he starts to sing a tune that I know well I put my head on his chest as he starts to sing, "in the back of a taxi cab, one quick turn u on my lap, we touches hand and we pulled them back, yaaa I want u bad" he continues to sing and I think about all that's happened today.
