It had been 4 long days since Canine had arrived at camp, every now and then someone had tried to talk to him, but they all got the cold shoulder or simple yes/no answers, he was keeping his distance. He helped them with their battles, which was the only reason he was here, to help in the war. So far, he had fought in two battles with the campers since returning, they had not improved as much as he had hoped, but at least they kept their distance from him in the fights which gave him some space.

Everyone at camp was currently sat in the dining pavilion eating their dinner peacefully. However, the majority were sneaking glances at the Hera table, where Canine was sat facing two of his patrons. The campers didn't know what they were talking about, as it was a telepathic conversation so that no-one could listen in.

"...What do you mean? They will kill me!" Percy mind-hissed at the two goddesses in front of him.

"Why so sure, Perseus? They might have changed, you never know... Plus, they don't know what you are, surely they would be happy to see your face again? To know you are in fact alive...?" Hestia replied questioningly.

"Also, they are not aware of your changes, they will just know you are alive if you reveal yourself to them! we don't need to necessarily tell them everything... It will help strengthen your bond with the campers, meaning you can work better in battles and they will listen to you. It could help you win the war..." Hera added, trying to help persuade the never ageing teen.

To this, Percy grew angry at their stubbornness to persuade him, he didn't want to put the campers in trouble again. If they found out who he was, they would be in a much higher risk of getting attacked or used against Percy, just annoy the Son of the Sea God. Their conversation continued for minutes like this, until the goddesses said something, aggravating him further. Resulting with him, in response, standing up, angrily flipping the table into the goddesses in the process. This action made all heads turn to him as he stormed out of the pavilion, all eyes on him. His patrons soon flashed out, only to flash in to Hestia's Cabin, where Percy had stormed off to...

-----TIME SKIP-----

Percy hadn't left the cabin in 2 days, he had been in there with his patrons. Some had tried knocking, only to get no response from the inside. It drove Artemis crazy as without any word on the boy, her hunters and herself were forced to remain in camp as to keep an eye on the possibility of him being a threat. Campers, and hunters, had started speculating his death, assuming the worst for the man. After all, he had flipped out at two major goddesses...

At first, the trio argued over wether or not he should reveal himself to everyone. The argument continued for hours at a time, only taking a break every now and then when he had to excuse himself for the toilet. They finally came to an agreement, after a long and tiresome couple of days.

So, to say the campers were shocked to see Canine back at dinner would be an understatement, they were not expecting to see him again any time soon. The lone male sat there, eating quietly and ignoring all glances sent his way. The main people to look at him now were the ones who he had rescued, or there was the few people brave enough to try and capture him when he dropped a new rescued half-blood off at the camp.

When the entirety of camp got to the amphitheatre after dinner, they started it the usual way; with a couple songs and jokes from the Apollo cabin with everyone else cheering and joining in. At this camp fire, they decided to tell of Percy Jackson's third quest, the Titan's Curse. All of those who were present were laughing and having an overall great night. All of them except for Canine, who was worrying about how everyone would react to the truth, he had ignored the entire story and not participated in any of the songs. 'I do miss them all, greatly, but a reveal this large could give someone a heart attack... What if they kill me? What if they hate me?' He thought to himself, not considering any of the good possible outcomes from such a substantial unveil.
