Upon arriving at my favorite cozy little restaurant, which was nearly empty at this time of night, I had tried to get Harry back to a normal state many times. It wasn't working in my favor. I was a regular, so the girls gave me anything I needed. I brought him a large cup of coffee, hoping it would take some of the edge off.
"Drink this. It'll help," I commanded. He didn't hesitate, and started to chug the coffee. "Watch out, you'll burn your tongue! Goof."
"I...think I did." Harry's words were a bit tangled up. I couldn't let him go back to his flat by himself; he'd just drink more, and then he wouldn't be tolerable tomorrow. "Harry..." I insisted, "I think you should stay at my place tonight."
"Mmmm?" Harry lulled, and looked at me. "Yeah. You aren't doing so hot. You can't stay at home by yourself." I crossed to the other side of the table, and grabbed Harry's arm, pulling it around my shoulder. "C'mon, to the car." I led him outside and helped him into the car, and ran back into the shop. "Thank you, girls, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!" I thanked them and grabbed my things from the table. I hopped in the car and headed home. This would be a long night.

Okay. I helped Harry inside, and set up the guest bed. I also grabbed a spare waste bin, just in case he got sick or something. You never know. I entered the living room to find Harry lying on the couch.
"Harry. Come in here. You need to sleep this off." I tried to pull him off the couch, but he'd barely budge. "C'mon, Harry. Seriously." He swatted my hand away, and I decided to leave him there. I went to shower and change.

Once I was finished, I found Harry standing over my counter, drinking from a small flask. Where in hell had he gotten that?!
"Harry!! Put that down now." I ran over to where he was standing and tried to take the flask. Not a good idea.
He grabbed my wrist before I could get to the flask. "I don't see why you hate alcohol so much, love. It's really not so bad, once you get used to it," Harry slurred with a smirk. This smirk, however, was different from earlier ones. This wasn't the Harry I'd seen just hours ago. His grip on my wrist tightened. "Let go of me." I ordered.
"Why should I? Come here," he said snakily, pulling me closer. I shouldn't have trusted him. He was a typical asshole. "No. Leave me alone! I don't want anything to do with you or your alcoholic ass. You're no different from any other guy I've known." I ripped myself away from him. The next thing I knew, he was yelling.
"What's wrong with you?!" He spat. "Why don't you want me?" His eyes grew dark, seeming possessed, as he walked toward me. Out of instinct, I backed away.
"I don't want you because you're like this. And it's disgusting to me! You just don't understand." A tear fell from one of my eyes, as they began to well up. I couldn't believe I was actually crying. Try not to think about him, Aubrey. Try. I thought to myself. "What don't I understand?" he asked. I could almost hear the real Harry behind his words. He got close, and kissed me hard. I didn't kiss back, at least I don't think. I tried not to, anyways.
I pulled away. "This needs to stop. You can't drink like this. Now, either go in the guest room and sleep, or get out. Either way, I want you out in the morning. Understood?" I tried to be stern with him, but he was so drunk, I'm not sure how much he actually took in.
"Don't tell me what to do." He pushed me out of the way, walking to the guest room and slamming the door behind him. Man, were his drunk mood swings violent. I needed to be more careful. The only way to do that, was to stay away from him.
As soon as he was gone tomorrow, I wouldn't be speaking to him again. I couldn't let myself get hurt. Harry was dangerous.
