"Bolo Siddhant! How can I help you?",

Saana said settling down while Sidhaanth smiled and said with a ray of hope in his voice,

"Saana! I want us to work together!",

Saana smiled and nodded. She never hated Siddhanth ever, she has always loved him how she used to years back.

"What is the project?",

"Umm a new Beverage item that I want to launch. The production of that will be yours along with the branding and Labelling, everything!",

He said casually, while Saana frowned and said with a questioning in her face,

"Me? I mean what made you think to work with me?",

"As I said u earlier, You are a quite big name in the industry. Collaborating with you will be a great opportunity.",

He said with a smirk on his face. Saana looked here and there thinking about working with her Ex. As working with your ex is a situation that can be daunting and potentially very messy. She was skeptical about working with him but couldn't reject such a big offer as she wanted to set and expand her business in India too.

"Okay! I will do!"

She said with a smile on her face.

"That's great! Here sign the papers!",

She smiled and signed the papers. Suddenly Siddhant's phone rang. It was a call from his brother and sister-in-law,

"Hello?",

Siddhant picked up his long- ringing phone, casually not noticing from whom the ring is. He sounded a bit agitated but the next moment he sat down with a thud.

"Bhai Come Quickly! Please! Sreesthi ko kuch ho gaya hain!",

Hearing this, his heart churned. Sreesthi has always been the apple of his eye even though he never shows it to her just because seeing her, He always remembers the ill treatment of Pallavi and how she betrayed him.

"What!"

He said with a choked voice, while Saana frowned and looked at him curiosity. She immediately caught a broken Siddhanth who was about to collapse, his phone dropped down.

"Kya Ho Gaya Sidhaanth!",

Shehnaaz said, caressing his biceps. Till today, his a single ‘his’ makes her the same worried.

"Sree...Me..Meri Beti! Saana I need to go!"

He cried and quickly packed the things almost ready to leave, just then Saana said,

"Wait! Wait! Lemme come with you!",

She said making him wonder, how can someone be so selfless. Whatever he did with her, if she would have done it. He would probably have never seen her face ever.

"Nahi Sana! Tum..tumhe bekar mein takleef hogi!"

He said not meeting his while She sighed. And cupped his cheek with utmost care for him.

"Shhh Sidhaant! No matter what our equation is Tumhari Pareshaani Humesha meri Pareshaani hain! And come let's go Sreesthi needs you!"

She assured him while His eyes softened. He clutched her hand while she nodded and blinked her eyes giving him the assurance. He was about to sit on the driver's seat when she asked him to sit on the Passenger sit knowing how rash he drives when he panicks.

"Bhai! We are Rushing Sreesthi to Hospital!"

Sidhaant's brother informed him, while Saana Asked him about the location of the hospital.

"Hello! Haan! Can you please tell us which hospital!"

"City Hospital!"

He said while she thanked him and quickly drove him to the hospital. She was equally tensed. She was tensed about the little soul, about her health. Reaching the Hospital corridors, Siddhant reached near the Operation theatre where his brother and sister-in-law were standing. Saana widened her eyes, seeing the same couple whom she helped in the mall. Tears welled up in her eyes, the moment she realised that the child suffering was that little baby who managed to lighten the motherhood spirit in her.

"Sreesthi kaha hain? Meri Bacchi kaha hain! Meher ! Meri Bacchi kaha hainnn?"

He cried desperate to see his child, while Saana caressed his hand calming him down,

"Bhaisahab! Sree upar khel Rahi thi! Main Aur Ansh niche the! Suddenly Sree Ki chikk suninth Hum bhaagte huwe aaye but tabtak shree Stairs se niche gir gayi thi! Aur Bhaisahab..Uss..uske sir se Blood flow ho raha thaa!",

Saying so, she broke down into a fits of tears. He was about to rebuke her, when the nurse came out from the Operation theatre,

"Nurse! Me..meri Beti? How's she?",

He asked him to which He nodded his head and said him being anxious,

"Actually Mr. Shergill! Bacchi ko Excessive blood loss huwa Hain! Hum try kar rahe Hain! Ab sab Bhagwaan ke haath mein hain!",

She said making him stumble on his feet. Everyone gasped on the sudden revealance, Ansh and Meher both broke down. While Sidhaanth was in deep shock, all the moments with his daughter was flashing infront of her. The first time, he held her in his arm. The first time she called him 'papa'. How he celebrated the entire day when he got to know that he is a father of a daughter. He was regretting each and every behaviour of his towards her daughter. The father-daughter relationship is one of the most precious and unique connections that exist. It is a bond characterized by love, trust, and companionship, built on the foundation of mutual understanding and support. Here, He was regretting, he was cursing himself for fail to protect his daughter.

After a good 1 hour the red light of the Operation theatre went off making Sidhaanth stood up. As soon as the doctor came out, Siddhant dashed to the doctor,

" Meri..Meri Beti kaisi Hain? Is she alright? Thik ho jayegi na?",

He bombarded the doctor with questions but the doctor sighed and said,

"Mr. Shergill! The operation is successful but the child is still not out of the danger. Actually Height se girne ki vajah se Internal kuch Wounds ho sakte hain! Which can lead to memory loss! And the only way to know that is that she have to gain her consciousness within 24 hrs! Orelse! I am sorry! We might lose the child.",

The doctor said making the ground under his feet slip. He gulped down the lump in his throat when Saana said,

"Siddhant! Don't worry! She is a fighter! She is a sherni! Just how I used to call u a Sher!"

She said caressing his mane, while he nodded just then she moved towards Ansh and called him,

"Ansh!",

Saana called him while Ansh looked at him. He immediately wiped his tears and looked at her with wonder.

"Aap! Aap toh Wohi ho na Jo Uss Din Sree ko dhund di thi!",

Saana nodded her head and looked at Siddhanth. Taking a deep sigh, controlling her tears,

"Haan Main! Saana Randhawa! Siddhant ki Dost!"

Ansh was shocked knowing that which Saana Randhawa she is. While Saana looked at a 2 months pregnant Meher.

"I guess Meher needs rest! Tum log Jao! Main Hoon Siddhant ke saath! Jab tak Sreesthi ko Hosh nahi aata hain! Main aur Siddhant hain!",
