3 Days Before The Battle of Deus

"Three days..." Ren mumbles to herself. The nude succubus paces the floor of Stephen's room, running her hands through her short brown hair in a bout of stress as she tries to take a deep breath.

Stephen stops her movements and pulls her body into his. "You will be okay." Ren lets out a shaky breath and nods her head silently as she relaxes into his comforting hold. "We should make our way. Stark has your suit ready," he says, and Ren pulls herself from his arms and nods again.

The duo crosses the threshold of the sorcerer's portal and into the compound. Strange lands them in the workshop where Stark, Banner, Beast, Boba, and Din stand around a workbench. At the center of their attention is a device reminiscent of Tony Stark's arc reactor, albeit reimagined into the iconic shape of the Mandalorian Iron Heart. Next to this emblem of power, a pair of bronze vambraces rests, their surface etched with intricate circuit-like patterns that whisper of ancient smithing secrets and modern technology fused into one. Adorned with a glowing red wolf's skull insignia, the vambraces bear the patina of countless battles, creating a bold contrast with the warm bronze that signifies both prestige and defense. The matching greaves lying in wait beside them are equally impressive, with the same luminescent wolf insignia, suggesting a custom armor set for a warrior of considerable repute. The group's attention shifts as the succubus enters, her gaze fixating on the arcane and technological marvels before her. Ren, with a predator's grace, approaches and lifts a vambrace, feeling the weight and power of the Mandalorian-inspired craft in her hands. The wolf's skull on the armor glows ominously, mirroring the fierce spirit of its intended wearer.

"Din..." Ren says, turning the piece of armor in her hand. She recognizes the feeling of the particular metal; it's real Beskar. "You...how, why. What?" Ren looks up at him in surprise, and the silver Mandalorian huffs out a laugh and shakes his head.

"The Armorer was quite insistent," Din Djarin remarks, taking the vambrace from her and securing it to her left arm. "She crafted them to adapt to your form. The greaves will do the same," he explains, and Ren looks up at him with a rare, genuine smile.

Her joy, however, shifts back into confusion as she furrows her brow and shakes her head at Din. "But... I'm not Mandalorian."

"After all you've done for my people, as far as my covert is concerned, you're a warrior deserving of this armor," Din replies. "The Armorer bestows it in gratitude for your help in retaking Mandalore and safeguarding our foundlings."

Ren smiles widely at him and surprises the Mandalorian by jerking him into a hug. The silver man stiffens in surprise for a moment before returning the gesture. "Thank you," Ren says softly and releases her companion before placing the other Beskar vambrace and greaves on her body.
