At first, Erimos hadn't given much thought to Ink's counterpart's refusal to meet him after invading his Multiverse and creating disasters in his confusion.
It was rare in general for a Destroyer to venture outside their Multiverse for any reason; their duty was to destroy, no more, no less, they didn't have reasons to leave unlike the Creators who, running out of ideas from time to time, decide to abandon their Multiverse to search for new ones in at best, taking away another Creator's dominion at worst.
He was more surprised by how well Ink had taken his admission about destroying his creations, Chróma would've immediately finished off anyone other than him touching his universes.
But this Creator seemed young, no older than a couple of centuries at most, compared to the millennia of experience that Erimos and his partner had, this could be the first time he interacted with others like him so he wouldn't know what to do about it.
He did not believe that their difference in power was the reason why he did not attack him, Chróma never hesitated to go against others invading Creators even if they were older and more powerful than him, their God was the one who ended up in charge of dealing with them, but his partner never tried to avoid combat.
Maybe comparing Ink to Chróma wasn't right, but the idea of a Creator not defending their Multiverse tooth and nail was strange to him, there was a reason they were stronger than their counterparts by default.
So yes, the Destroyer of this Multiverse not wanting to see him was expected, although Erimos did not destroy any Original universe in his attack, he definitely messed up with a Balance that wasn't his, so he only had to replenish his magic and leave.
He had accepted Ink's offer to have a small Universe created for him to stay in while he replenished his magic, he wasn't planning on invading Ink and his partner's personal space by staying at their house, he was just going to make sure to destroy the little thing before he left so as not to create inconvenience to his fellow Destroyer.
...
But that was almost two months ago, and his magic had not reached the levels necessary to break the barrier that separated the Multiverse from the rest of the Omniverse, he had already tried and had not even scratched the surface.
He knew it had something to do with his STATS still being an unreadable mess, at times he could feel his magic rising before plummeting again. But he had noticed that he never went below a certain level, if he were at home this level of magic would be enough to do his job normally without worrying about anything else.
But this was not his house, this level of magic and power was not enough, but that would be fine, even if he had to wait for his partner to find him, no matter how humiliating that was, he had no major problems.
Or he wouldn't have a problem, if he wasn't feeling the number of Universes and Copies grow day by day without rest, never going down, this Multiverse wasn't big enough to support all that so quickly, his fellow Destroyer here should have already started to destroy all the Copies and Originals that were incomplete to make space.
(If right now he ran his hand over the blue marks under his eyes, he knew that his threads, designed to tear and destroy codes and Souls, would be immediately summoned.)
Ink's counterpart was not doing their job and that was worrying, it was not normal and it made all the alarms in his being start ringing. A pressure in his Soul became present as the days passed, Ink occasionally came to visit and Erimos failed to obtain information about what was happening in that place.
He let another month pass before his patience wore thin.
(Blue marks had begun to release threads without him needing to summon them.)
