guitarist. mayu found herself in a scenario she had never experienced in her 17 years of existence: perched slightly on her bed, a sightly sulking posture, while tooru stood before her, agitated and pacing, with iwaizumi calmly seated on her wheeled chair nearby.
tooru halted his pacing, fixing his gaze on his pouting sister. his frustration reached a boiling point as he burst out, "are you stupid!?"
the accusation hung in the air, drawing an eye roll from his sister as she crossed her arms in defiance. "me falling in love is...stupid?" she scoffed incredulously, irritation evident as she clicked her tongue in response to her brother's outburst.
pinching the bridge of his nose in exasperation, tooru attempted to reason with her, his voice strained, "love? mayu, you barely know the guy. you can't just start dating someone you've only talked to for a week—"
"two, actually—" mayu interjected, asserting her point. "—two weeks! god, this is so unbelievable." tooru concluded, shaking his head in disappointment at what he perceived as his sister's impulsive decision-making.
iwaizumi struggled to contain his laughter but couldn't help emitting a snort, disrupting the serious atmosphere. "my bad." he managed amidst his attempts to suppress his amusement.
