"Are you crazy?! Why would you tell Kurou's brother Raiden about the contract?" Shiro immediately complained and followed Yoshi into his room.

"Blah, blah, blah, BLAH! Cut me some slack, will you? Raiden won't tell!"

"How did you know that?" Shiro crossed his arms on his chest and narrowed his gaze. "Are you two...?"

Yoshi's face flushed with guilt and embarrassment. "What?!"

Shiro gasped. "You faltered! I should have you beheaded for treachery."

"Come on, you should be downstairs entertaining the guests with your hubby. Get out of my room!"

"You've changed your outfit seven times today! It's totally because---"

Yoshi couldn't even be more grateful at the knock that sounded on the door. Both of them turned to stare at the door and then to each other. They would've ended up in a rock-paper-scissor or drew lots on who should open the door if they didn't hear a familiar voice.

"Shiro, are you there?"

Yoshi put his tongue out and made a face when they heard Kurou. Shiro gave his cousin the middle finger before opening the door in a fraction. Immediately he met his husband's eyes, and for whatever reason Shiro feared to even explain the sudden pounding of his heart and fluttering in his stomach.

"Hi..."

Kurou frowned a little. "Hello. I've been looking all over for you. Why do you keep on disappearing from me?"

"Sorry," Shiro lowered his gaze and cursed himself for acting bashful like a teenager in front of his crush. Wait---did he just say CRUSH? HELL, NO! "What am I? A prisoner in your castle?!"

The abrupt change in Shiro's mood left Kurou so completely baffled that his face blanched. "My dearest husband, the love of my life, my darling Shiro, can we please go downstairs, it is still Obachan's birthday. Kindly stay by my side, I'm begging you."

Shiro scoffed and stepped outside, closing the door of his cousin's room. "Then, beg."

"I just did."

"No, on your hands and knees."

Kurou stared. Truly, Shiro underestimated him and mischief glowed in his eyes at the challenge, "Is that your way of asking me to give you a blow job?"

Shiro's whole face went scarlet. "You nasty little---" Once again, his attempt to slap the man was parried effortlessly by Kurou.

When he attempted to get his wrist back, Kurou didn't let him and instead pulled him closer. Without a warning, Kurou's mouth pressed against his, and his tongue delicately slipped between his lips, giving him a taste of sweetness akin to ambrosia.

"Don't be mad, okay?" Kurou even patted his head gently. "After this, I promise I'll take you anywhere you want to be."

"You will?"

"Yes! Now, can you just take my hand, please? I feel like your cousin and my brother are more intimate than us."

Scowling, Shiro gave him his hand and allowed himself to be taken away by this annoying prince.

The event ended with Shiro doing his utter best to be "intimate" with his husband but ended up looking constipated instead. He was still mad about Yoshi telling Raiden about the contract. Not like he didn't trust Raiden, among all of the Matsumoto heirs, Shiro could attest that he was the most normal one. For instance, Tetsuya was all over the place and if he wasn't insulting Kurou, he'd be pranking his father, a trait that didn't seem to fit his profession. He had to constantly remind himself that this nii-san happened to be a doctor! While Masahiko was just too serious that sometimes Shiro didn't know how to approach him. Honestly, Shiro could only recall talking to him the first time they visited their house before the wedding, and during the wedding. Though he would acknowledge his existence from time to time by reacting to his stories, like nodding his head or smiling politely, the eldest of the Matsumoto seemed aloft and would rather be left alone in his world.
