Nimona woke up to the birds chirping outside. She looked around the space and instantly remembered what happened last night. She was a human again, but without explanation. She only shifted in her sleep when she dreamed about it. She had no dreams last night. Maybe a dream she didn't remember? Her thoughts were interrupted by the turquoise boy.
"Evelyn! Their outside! Two men!"
Nimona instantly knew who they were. Ballaster and Ambrosius, it was obvious why Ambrosius came.
Evelyn jumped onto the floor of the barn. She jumped the whole way down. Makes sense. It's not like they could be hurt very badly anyways. Evelyn walked up to the door with Sydney and they opened the door slowly and only slightly, so they could talk and see who it was. But the two men could also see who they were. And ballaster instantly knew what happened. "Wheres Nimona?"
Evelyn opened the door completely, but not before Nimona shifted into the bird and flew into a window sill. The 2 men entered the house as ballaster asked another question. " So, where is she."
Evelyn only was gonna tell these guys something once they were confirmed safe. "Who are you 2 and what are y'all's names?"
"Ballaster Boldheart."
"Ambrosius goldenlion."
Evelyn stared at Ambrosius after he spoke the words. The kids instantly went into attack mode. Sydney possessed ballaster and tied him self to a pillar. While Evelyn jumped onto Ambrosius, took him the ground, and brought him back out. Sydney got out of Ballaster and was going to attack Ambrosius, untill a pink bird flew in front of them, and became a girl. Hang on! I know them! Calm down! Nimona's a loud wishes made the 2 calm down. They helped the 2 adults back on their feet.
"Your sure the blond one isn't gonna hurt anyone?"
"Ambrosius Isn't gonna hurt anyone, I think."
10 minutes later*
"So you 2 are also, what Nimona is?"
"Yup." Sydney was the only one who said a word between the two older kids. Evelyn only shook her head, still looking at Ambrosius feet. it was only him who she was scared about. After trying stop Nimona from hurting herself, Ballaster has earned a bit of her trust.
"So that's why you, kidnapped her."
