Chapter 3: all fun until someone's on the floor.

First, the introductory speech. After that the teachers are going introduce themselves, the subjects they teach and anything else that's concerns them.

I'm trying to look for a good seat, but there's nowhere else I can sit as far as I can see. Then someone taps on my shoulder. I turned around and to my surprise..."Mina?" I asked. "What are you doing here?" She said that she applied to a different school but then she received a letter saying that if she wanted to continue studying that XSpace would gladly accept her. And then she overheard Touya and I talking about it, and decided to come here. Rich people.

Mina dragged me over to a set of chairs. There was someone that was sitting in between two chairs so Mina asked them if they could move over. Thankfully they did. When we sat down Mina commented on my uniform. "What's up with you're uniform? You know we're supposed to wear the white version on special events and days like this, right?" I could feel she was about to make fun of me, so I stopped, saying that I was already embarrassed enough.

Before she could comment someone walked up to the stage. Everyone fell silent. You could hear a pin drop.
"Welcome to XSpace academy. Here we wish to educate all of your young minds, so that someday you can make the future you're own. My name is Yashiro Chomei, the Headmaster. I won't keep you very long with a boring old speech about expectations, rules, and what not. So here's a brief summary for it."

The headmaster looks really young. When I searched up the history of this academy, not even one person had become headmaster under the age of 30. But him... he looks almost 10. I was going to think harder on it when I heard him wrapping up his speech.

"I hope you all heard what I said. Because it was very important. If you didn't however, that sucks for you. Ok now on the teacher introductions."

Huh? I missed everything he said!

Finally everything was done now. Who knew they had so many teachers. They all look so old, while their headmaster looks fresh out of the womb. I heard for the cafeteria when suddenly I was pushed against a wall. Before I knew it someone was towering over me.

"Hey, you're that freak from like mars or something."
"The moon, actually. So what do you want from me?"
"Oh nothing I just wanted to say hello, y'know get to know our very own space boy. So where's space girl huh?"
"You must be that bully from those cliche scenes from every high school Hollywood movie to exist. And I have a name y'know so don't call me space boy"
"I'm just having a little fun, I'm no bully. Unless you want me to be"
At first I thought this conversation would be over faster than it started. But now I don't think this is going to end well. I could barely finish that thought when this dumbass punched me in the gut. I tried to hit him back to no avail. It's not that they're strong it's just that I'm too weak. Even though I've learned to properly function in the everyday life with gravity, I'm not exactly the strongest still.

"Look at that, little space boy can't even hit. You'd think space boy here would be strong but you thought wrong."

A crowd had now gathered around us. Some people recording, others chanting, encouraging the so called fight. Through there chants I learned that the name of this idiot is Brian. A foreign exchange student from America. Through the crowd I saw Taiyo. He was pushing through the crowd Seemingly
Curious as to what is going on. Once he finally got to the front, we locked eyes.

I saw a big crowd of people. I think there's a fight going on. Mina pulled out her phone to record. She said it was for "video evidence" if needed. But I doubt HER video would be useful considering it was pointed at herself.

I pushed through the crowd some people cursing at me as I shoved them away. When I finally got to the front. I saw a tall blonde. About 5'8 at most. I saw him sitting with a group of people who looked way older than freshmen. And then I saw someone behind him. He was towering over them as the small body slid to floor with another punch. Our eyes locked. That's when I realized it was none other than Touya. Of course he got himself in trouble on the first day. I ran until I was in front of the blonde. He turned his head, and I punched him.

"It's honestly pathetic that you're picking on others younger than you. What? Got nothing to say now?" I said as back him against the wall and kneed him in the groin. I smiled proudly and walked over to Touya. My smile faltered and I extended my arm towards him.

"You ok?" I asked as he grabbed my arm I pulled him up onto him feet. "I could've handled that you know." He said it as if he wasn't just on the floor getting beat up.
"I know. But that would've taken up a lot of time, no?" I replied. I offered to take him to the infirmary and surprisingly he accepted. One problem though. "I don't know where the infirmary is..." I laughed awkwardly as his face started turning red in anger. "Why would you offer to take someone to the infirmary,without knowing where the infirmary is?!" I asked the nearest student where the infirmary was and on we went. Side by side, him arm around my neck and mine around his. In case he falls y'know?
