Touya POV:
My alarm rang at exactly 7 o'clock like it normally does. Everything about this morning was normal. Today is normal. At least it was, or rather, supposed to be. It all started the minute i stepped outside. The schools private transit was delayed just like all other regular transit. The city says they're having trouble with our power source and will have to delay all " unnecessary" automations, until further notice. So not only did I have to walk to school, (which was NOT fun) but I couldn't even do anything on the walk there. I was just alone. With my thoughts. Just as I almost reached the gate, I saw Taiyo walking in. I was going to approach him, but makes me seem desperate. Not like would have had the chance to approach him anyway.
I was snapped out of my thoughts when a certain jerk stopped right in front of me. What was his name again? Ken? Ben? Blake? Brody? Doesn't feel right. BRIAN! Damn I'm smart. That dumbasses name is Brian. Well anyway, he stopped right in front of me. Back turned. Then he slowly turns around and... glares at me? Oh shit. I run inside as fast as I possibly can without over exerting myself. Not easy after that long walk. I make it to class, panting might I add, with time to spare. Science and technology with... Mina. I muttered "Lucky me" under my breath not really caring if anyone heard. I sit almost to the back. Close enough for an easy exit but far enough away from the teacher.
I hear the bell ring and the teachers starts the class with good morning. Then the PA system goes off and everybody stands. Except me. I quickly stand to be feet, my chair screeching against the floor. I hear laughing behind me. They act like I don't have ears. Idiots. I'm still human.
The national anthem finishes playing and we all sit down.
Somehow within the first-second day of being here I've seemed to have grown... popular. Mostly because of the video Mina posted yesterday about the "fight" if it can even be called that. Also, because I'm a "moon child".
At least that's what they call it. So far I've heard them call me tons of different names but who cares. I start making a list of all the things that have happened so far. It's not looking too well.
1. Bad transit (boo)
2. Avoided Brian (hooray)
3. Boring class (boo)
4. Embarrassing myself
5. Name cal ling
Note to self: bring more pens.

Taiyo pov
Unfortunately i got up before my Alarm clock did. No point I'm going back to sleep, so I got ready to go for a run. Gotta keep the physique up. I ran around the whole block until I started to slow down just to find myself in front of his house. "His" being Touya. A light flickers on in what I'm going to assume is his room. Otherwise I would've looked creepy just staring at someone's window. I wanted to ask if he wanted to go to school together but... he'd probably say no. And I mean who cares anyway there are plenty of other people I can go to school with. Like... never mind.
I go back home and get ready for school. I start walking to the bus stop but I get an alert saying the bus would be incredibly delayed. I redirect my course to walk to school I cant be late on my second day of school, now can I? I get to class somewhat shortly after. I don't see anyone I know but it's fine. I'm more of an independent guy anyway.
Class is kind of boring. Nothing interesting just the teacher going on and on about Darwin's theory. I take notes but not many. I end up doodling instead. All the things I saw while up in space. All the beautiful things. It's really quite-
"Mr Tsukuba, I do hope you're listening. The developed and detailed theory will be on the exam. I expect you to put more effort in to pay attention. Less, you'd prefer to fail?" Wow this teacher is something. I give them a bored of course and go back to doodling. This class is boring. Wow I must be really bored if I have to say it say it twice. Then again I'd rather be bored than unlucky.
