Taiyo pov: September 05 2045 It's the first day of school. The summer's done, but it's ok. I'm actually kind of glad to go back to school. I don't know why though. Maybe it's just nervousness I'm mistaking it for. I'm wondering how Touya's doing, we haven't really talked since we exchanged numbers. Just an occasional "hello" or "How your week?" But maybe I'm going to see him around school. Maybe we can become friends. Better friends I mean. We spent most of the time space bickering or running against the clock to save our lives, not many opportunities to become actualfriends.
"Taiyo, it is time to leave for school." My watch said calmly. I set it to tell me when to leave so I don't miss the bus. Xspace academy is a prestigious school with a high reputation as well as amazing technology, and what a coincidence it is that me and him ened up in the same school. Touya's gonna love it there. I'm going to... blah blah blah blah blah *Unimportant stuff* "Taiyo, the bus's arrival is estimated to be 1 minute. Please exit the building safely to ensure you're not late on your first day" Wow, that watch is something else. "And good luck" I did not programme it to say that. I checked the clock and it's now 8:30 on the dot. I rush out the door but the bus didn't come until 5 minutes later. Weird.
I take a seat and look around me. These are the people I'm going to be around the next year. They all look like carbon copies of the people in the pamphlet! I can feel them all staring at me. Now I feel embarrassed. They're all wearing a different uniform than I am.
