Izuku's POV - 1st day at school lunch time
I was just walking to the cafeteria, everyone else having long since formed their friend groups, leaving me behind.
I didn't mind though, and left to get my food quickly. However, I noticed some pursuers.
"Can I help you?" I asked quietly whilst appearing behind the lilac and red and white haired boys out of nowhere. That caused them to help and whip their heads around soo fast that I'm surprised they're still attached.
"A- Aizawa!?" They both asked in suprise.
"That's my name. Care to explain why you were following me?" I ask, already knowing the answer.
"A- are you... are you Oni?" Shinso asked quietly, almost matching my level of voice.
I simply smiled a little and made a shushing sound with my finger before returning to normal.
By now they had both started rushing out thank you's. Though, they were very calm about it.
"You're welcome, but please keep this to yourselves. I'm technically a vigilante working alongside a hero." I explained, getting a nod from both.
"U- um..." Shoto started, "do you... do you think that we could be friends?" He asked shyly.
"Of course!" I say a tiny bit louder, not enough to alert anyone around us.
I saw them both light up in their own ways, a tiny haze starting to surround Hitoshi as his eyed glowed with a small smile, and the air around Shoto dropping a few degrees whilst his blue eye glowed with an icy radiance.
"You're both really pretty~" I blurt out before I can think, making us all blush a lot. "Anyways, do either of you know sign language? It would make talking soo much easier."
"I do." Hitoshi informs, Shoto also confirming he knows it too.
'Perfect' I say using sign language. 'Anyways, let's go get some food.' I "say".
"Sorry, I cant." Hitoshi says with a sad frown.
"Hito, I've told you, I'm paying for you. Dont waste your hard earned money." Shoto said.
I just looked at them confused until Shoto explained that Hitoshi came from a foster family who didnt care for him whatsoever. Meaning that he doesnt get money for food.
'Thats horrible! They don't get payed to neglect you!' I rage with my hands.
Shoto looked glad about something, probably about me agreeing with him, but Hitoshi looked confused.
"Isnt that how all families are?" He asked.
That broke my heart-
'No. Normal families are meant to love and support you with everything they have! Not treat you badly and resort to the kind of abuse like neglect!'
At this, I saw my new friend tear up. I pulled him into a hug, despite the fact that I had to stand on my toes, and just grabbed Shoto to drag him into our hug aswell.
Good move, aswell. Shoto was soo nice and warm!
We then went to the cafeteria, having 25 minutes of lunch left, and grabbed some lunch. Me and Shoto argued over who would buy Hitoshi's food, but just split it in the end.In the middle of that, said boy was a blushing mess and was practically begging to get away.
We quickly finished out lunches and got back to the classroom for our last class of the day.
"Alright class! Since you're third years now, and some of you will end up trying for a hero track, we have quirk training lessons! At the end of every day, we will have an hours training, and improve on absoloutly anything. We have a quirk specialist in school, so just go to him when you dont know what to do." Our teacher stated, exciting most of the class. "Now lets go!"
The next thing we knew, we were right back outside and into a space that looks about everything-proof. The teacher then informed us to think of different aspects of our quirks that we wanted to improve and keep working on ways to do so. We could work individually or in groups, so we all separated into thr usual cliques, me going with Shoto and Hitoshi.
'So what's your guys' quirks?' I ask, remembering that they refused to say their quirks earlier.
"Half Hot Half cold, but I only use my ice." Shoto says with a tiny scowl as he says the hot part.
"Uum... I'd rather not say... you would just leave me." Hitoshi says, getting quieter with each word. He was almost quieter than me!
"How many times do I have to tell you? Your quirk is heroic and not a villains quirk." Shoto insisted, eventually wearing the purplenette down enough to relent and tell me his quirk.
"Brainwashing. If somebody responds in any way verbally to my voice then I can manipulate them like they're putty in my hands. It just makes me a villain though, so I'd rather not train it..."
I was in shock now. That's soo powerful! And I told him such.
'You could help with rescue missions or calming people down, you could even become an underground hero and stop villains before they have a chance to do something. You're awesome!' I rapidly signed, knowing they could keep up.
Hitoshi was at a loss for words.
"I- I-... no... why do you two believe in me? It doesnt make sense?"
Shoto just hugged him whilst giving the boy some small ice cubes to chew on whilst no one noticed me slipping into my dimension.
I drew out a few people and gave them almost full consciousness, and they were susceptible to mental quirks. Perfect for Hitoshi's training.
When I returned, the two were looking around and immediately narrowed their eyes onto me.
"Where did you go!?" Hitoshi asked, reaching out for my hand.
"My dimension. I'm helping you," I stated as I waved my hand to the left and the human-like puppets appeared in a glow of purple. "Mental quirks work on them. Brainwash them and command them to do anything. Their capabilities are endless. I am not going to have an amazing person talk themselves down!" I say out loud, surprising the teacher who was walking over to us.
"Aizawa? Where did you just go? And who is that?" She asked.
"Oh. They're my most sentient creations. I made them for Hitoshi to practice on. I've already mastered my quirk control and just have to improve it." I reply, turning to the teacher.
"Okay with speaking now I see." She stated with a smile. "That's good. Anyways, where did you go?"
"Oh! Remember how my quirk gives me a pocket dimension? Whenever I touch my anchor, which is this pen," I hold the pen up with my artist gloves to prevent my skin from touching it, "-, I am put into my dimension. There I can draw anything and give it any properties. I'm essentially a god if you think about it!" I spout out, surprising anyone who heard.
A student decided that then was the time to but in, "does that mean you could give quirks?"
I just give him a confused stare.
"Like, if you can give any properties at all, that includes quirks. You would just need to create one of your puppet things with a transfer quirk as well as something you want and then make it give the quirks to you or someone!" She says quickly without breathing, her crosshairs locked onto my face.
"That... would work! I might try that. But that could also disrupt society... Alright! I'm sorry but you all have to forget this." I exclaim louder than I've spoken today and quickly made a bomb that removes the last five minutes of everyone affected's memory.
I threw the bomb up whilst my wings that I also drew whisked me up into the air and out of the zone.
'I'll have to test that theory.' I think to myself as I return to the ground and help Hitoshi and Shoto with their training by making anything they needed.
By the end of the day, I was ready to just collapse. Quirk overuse is not fun.
As soon as I got to the couch, I collapsed onto it, the cat-like being I created to help around the house bringing me some coffee and I gave it a head pat before downing the mug.
Today was hectic...
