"So.... Rody.... Where are going exactly? Do we even have a place to go? The FBI are still after us, we can't go to far, and you can't exactly fly out of the country either..." Deku looked at rody, his green eyes seeming to show worry. "Deku, calm down... we'll find somewhere... and we won't be found.. I can guarantee that... besides I told you, I know my way around France." Deku looked around the area, and blinked. "There's nothing but fog out there rody... we don't know about this place... and you saw those creatures before.... It's as if... they were mutated or something." Rody sighed, stopping the van. "midoriya. Stop, we'll be fine, ok? We'll find a place to go... for now, just, relax... don't even pay attention to whatever is out there..." Deku nodded, after rody finished his outburst, he continued again, but the van didn't move forward, rather the tires squealed, as if they had been caught up in something. "Huh... that's... weird... I'll go see if we're high strung or something." He got out of the van, walking around the side to see a large glob of pink flesh latched onto the back of the van. He tugged at it, attempting to remove it. He shook his head, and grabbed a nearby piece of debris, slamming it against the glob, making it let out an unsettling screech, as the ground below the glob began to move. Rody stepped back, eyes wide. A large creature, standing on all fours, with a massive, freakish assortment of tangled tentacles stood before rody, uncurling it's mess of tentacles, revealing a set of unsettling eyes, which moved, revealing a large open mouth, gaping wide with multiple rows of sharp teeth. Rody yelped and returned to inside the van, stepping on the gas quickly. "That's a hell no from me! What the shit was that?!" He checked the mirror, seeing the creature was burying underground to follow them. "What did you see rody?! What is that? Why are we speeding?!" Rody didn't answer, more panicked to get away from whatever hellish being was after them. They finally found an old abandoned building, it looked clear of life. "In there- now!" Rody ordered, dragging Deku by the arms. "Rody! Why are you so freaked out?! I don't see anything!" Rody didn't reply until after they got into the building. He let go of deku, and huffed. "I saw some sort... of weird ass creature.... God that was horrifying... if you were right about this land having mutated animals- that must be the mother of them." Deku just stared at him in confusion, but very subtle fear slowly crept into his chest. "And... that thing... buried underground... so watch your feet.." Rody says, taking a seat on an old couch. "Dammit! We're basically lost now! And that thing is outside! Probably plotting something to get us out..." Deku whimpered, but calmed down when pino nudged against his cheek, trying to get him to relax. "Look whatever that was, we can't just stay here, it'll find a way in.. and I bet you'd rather return to Japan in one piece." Deku nodded, petting pino gently. Rody shuddered, feeling the touch. "We need a plan... to avoid it..."
After about 4 hours, rody looked outside, seeing the creature nearby, devouring a small mutated deer alive. "Yeah- no chance of us getting out right now... and don't you dare look out there... I don't want you to be more scared than you already are." Deku looked at him, a bit offended. "I'm not scared! Just- .... Afraid..." Rody raised an eyebrow. "My point exactly. We don't even have food either, so this thing is basically trapping us here until we either die of starvation or get out of the house somehow." Deku shook his head. "All the food was in the van... by what I remember.." Rody huffed, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "Well shit... no food... and that thing knows we're here..." Deku perked up, looking around. "R-rody... do you... hear that?" Both boys went quiet, as a very faint tapping noise echoed through the house. Tap Tap Tap THUMP The noises became louder, approaching at a fast pace. "Rody.... We need to hide! One of them is in here with us!" Rody didn't argue, grabbing dekus hand and running for a nearby walk in closet, shutting it and locking it from the inside. The taps continued, getting closer and closer, becoming louder as they approached. Tap Tap THUMP THUD Tap Tap THUMP THUD
They stopped.... Just completely. Both boys looked at each other, wondering if whatever it was had given up on searching for them. Rody let out a soft sigh, and held deku closer. "It's ok deku.... We.. should be safe.." but they weren't.
A massive claw tore at the door, clawing uncontrollably. Deku almost broke into tears. This was the end.... He'd never see his mother again.... He'd never see his friends, Kachhan, todoroki... ochako.... All of them... he'd miss his life... wanting to tell them all goodbye, but all he had was rody... all he had was his boyfriend... it was over... it was the end of the line.
The creature scratched at the door more, soon splintering the wood.
Rody held Deku in his arms tightly. If he was gonna die, he'd rather die with Deku. He'd miss his siblings, never getting a chance to say goodbye to them, but he knew they could handle themselves. He knew they were old enough to keep themselves alive. His grey eyes flashed with moments of his life, tearing up as he remembered getting pino, and when his dad came home from the hospital with LaLa and Roro. He remembered his dad leaving, dying for his sake.
THUD The creature snarled loudly, echoing a man's screams of help.
Both boys held onto each other as soon the door slammed open. As it approached, it's maw dripping with acidic saliva, ready to feast. Rody looked at deku, and encouraged his heart to say his final words. "Deku... no matter what happens... just know... I'll be there for you... forever... even in death... I want us to be together... never to part... and... I love you deku... so please... stay with me..." Deku nodded, just as the creature glared right at them, approaching.
This was it- the end of the line. The beast approached, and stopped, it's breath stank of blood and earth, it's body decomposed slightly. It screamed a man's voice, lunging at deku and rody. The last thing the two saw- were the massive claws and fangs ready to eat them alive...

Also for those who want to know, Ill be adding the creatures in the story here!
Hopefully I can do another chapter before Christmas.
