(IZUMI)
THIRD PERSON POV

"Hurry up Izzie!", A charming young girl in white yelled at her brother as she walked into the busy streets with dazzling pink eyes shimmering with curiosity as she glanced at the wave of people around them.

The young man with pitch black hair and deep blue eyes, Izumi sighed as he gazes around the streets filled with people, "Remind me again, why I'm here? If you want something we can always have our retainers to bring it to us."

Hearing this, the girl spun around and adorably pouted at him, "You promised me that we'd do anything I want for the whole day, remember?! So that's what we're doing!"

"You mean mingling with plebians? If you want to do that you can always go around the clock tower in disguise, no?", Izumi scof- suggested, itching to get away from the crowds of people around them. "There's no need to waste precious time here, why don't we go back, Alice? I'll have my retainers get anything you want, sounds good?"

"That's not it!", (Y/n) grumbled, stomping her foot on the ground the young girl glared at her brother, "You already promised me to do anything I want and I've always wanted to go see what a normal mall looks like! No mages, no magic tools for sale, no books about magic and curses, just normal stuff that normal people buy."

"Still does it have to be today? There seems to be an awfully ton of people today.", Izumi asked his sister, blue orbs warily eyeing the people around them.

"It has to be today!", (Y/n) asserted, "You'll be busy again for the next few days so you'll have no time for me! It has to be today!"

"C'mon Le Serpent, don't be a sourpuss.", a boyish voice breezily said from behind Izumi. He then felt a strong slap on his back. Annoyed, Izumi turned around to tell off the person who dared to lay a hand on him.

There stood the fool that dared to lay his hands on him. The stupid boy with straight blond hair grinned at the young adult with his usual stupid smile that pissed Izumi off.

"Escardos.", Izumi hissed. He pointed a finger at the blond idiot that his sister calls a friend, ready to place a powerful curse on him, only to be stopped by (Y/n) who hugged his arm and quietly reminded him where they are. Unfortunately he can't just knock the fool out with people walking past them.

"Tsk. Fine I'll save it for later. Prepare yourself, Escardos."

"Don't be so cold Le Serpent.", Flat said, completely unalarmed of the threat. With a smile he even nudges at his friend's arm, "You won't make any friends with that attitude, right Le Chien?"

"My name is Svin not Le Chien, idiot.", A beautiful boy with curly blond hair, Svin Glascheit growled and punched Flat's side. He then turned to the siblings, his previous vexation disappearing completely and replace with a calm visage. Svin then cleared his throat and with a clear voice openly expressed his opinion, "Sir Albrecht since we're already here why don't we just do what (Y/n) wants? It's been a while since you both last went out together plus you've made a promise with her, right? Why not take this opportunity to catch up?"

Next to him, Flat nodded at Svin's statement and when Izumi looked down at his side (Y/n) gave him a pleading look accompanied with cute puppy dog eyes.

"...", Izumi looked troubled. His eyebrows furrowed and a frown formed on his face. He clearly didn't want to be here any longer but he did made a promise. Not to mention, Svin is right that they haven't had time to even have dinner together but there's too many risks.

Firstly, if hypothetically speaking something dangerous would happen, they can't use any of their spells with civilians lurking every inch of the streets, Second, they only brought a total of ten guards with them. Sure said guards are second to none but such a meager number is not enough if they were to spend the whole day hoping from shop to shop. Third, they are literally outside the clock tower! If someone foolish enough to try to assassinate or kidnap them, at the very least they can not only fend them off, they can also immediately alert their people to clean up the mess, not to mention the people around them are capable enough to defend themselves! No need to worry about their tenderhearted princess concerning herself of the unfortunate fate of some arschgeige. And last but definitely not the least, they are literally exposing (Y/n) to the outside world! What if some scumbag had the audacity to flirt or even worse lay their filthy finger on their oblivious princess?! What kind of brother is he if he exposes his little sister to such rubbish?!
