"Miss Jenks, your client is waiting in the conference room."

"Thank you Erika, and can you please give me the reports that I emailed you last night please? Oh, and a cup off coffee too."

"Yes, Miss Jenks, will do."

Erika closed the door quickly, and Aila slumped down in her chair. She could not wait until this meeting was over. She was dead tired, and she knew this client would wear her out even more. Mrs. Crumps was a regular client, usually suing somebody over stupid crap. And she knew if she did not satisfy Mrs. Crumps, she knew she would be in that conference room all evening. She loved her job, but at times like this, she just wanted to crawl under her desk and stay under there for eternity.

Picking up her brief case, she exited her office and got her cup of coffee from her assistant. She decided to stop by the restroom on the way to her meeting. Mrs. Crumps could wait five more minutes.

She looked at her face in the mirror. Damn, I need a vacation. Her creamy dark skin was flawless, besides the small mole on her temple. Her long black curly hair was tied up in a bun, with a few tresses of hair framing her heart shaped face. Her big brown eyes showed tiredness, and the scrunch of her perfectly trimmed eyebrows showed stress. Her pantsuit fitted comfortably on her curvy body, and her six inch stilettos added a touch of sexiness.

She sighed at her reflection, not really caring about the way she looked at the moment. She just wanted to go home. She splashed her face with some cold water and drank some more of her coffee. She started to go through her blackberry to check her non-existent e-mails. Stop stalling, Aila.

She sighed heavily. She just needed to go to her meeting and get it over with, and then go home.

Immediately upon arrival into the conference room, Mrs. Crumps bombarded her with questions. Oh Lord, this was going to be a long night.

Daniels POV

"Well, hello sexy lady, can I offer you a drink, my phone number, a ride to my house...."

The girl giggled. Daniel flashed her his award winning smile, and it looked like the girl almost swooned.

Easy.

The club music was giving Daniel a headache, and he wasn't trying to stay there long. All he needed was an easy lay for tonight to work off some of the stress he built up over the past week, and he found the perfect girl.

She was blond, nice ass, and big green eyes. What more could you want?

"So, you haven't answered my question yet, what can I offer you?" he leaned into her and flashed her another breathtaking grin.

The girl giggled and blushed, "Show me your place, hot stuff."

Jackpot!

Daniel woke up with a pounding headache and somebody in his bed next to him.

What the hell.....

"Why are you still here? I thought i told you to go home after we were done last night. "

The girl , who's name was still unknown to him, opened her eyes and smiled.

" Oh silly, i knew you didn't mean that. That is why i stayed here to show my commitment to you. We're going to be together forever."

Oh hell, crazy girl alert.

Daniel starred at her with wide eyes. did she really just say...?

"Get out of my house you crazy bitch!"

"But babe, I thought that..."

"Get out!"

The girl quickly put on her clothes and ran out of his one bedroom apartment.

Finally..

He knew that he shouldn't have lashed out on her like that, but she was talking crazy shit that was never going to happen.

 EVER.

That was one thing that he didn't want, to stay with somebody forever. It seemed a little far fetched, and quite frankly, unrealistic. He couldn't see how you could stay with someone forever and not want another person.

He snapped out of his thoughts when his cell started ringing. He looked at the caller I.D.

Mother.

He rolled his eyes and answered his phone,

"Yes mother."

"Well Good Morning my handsome son.. how am I? Oh, I'm just perfect, Thanks for asking sweetheart."

 He laughed. "Sorry Mom."

She snickered. "Don't let it happen again. Anyways, are you on your way to the interview?"

Daniel looked at the clock and face palmed himself.

Oh shit...

"Of course mom! You raised a child who is always on time!" He jumped out of his bed and ran to his closet.

He could hear his mom sigh. Even though her son was twenty seven, he still acted like he was a teenager. "You just got out of bed, didn't you?"

He shook his head, he could never lie to his mom, she knew him to well.

"I'll call you when I'm on my way mom, I promise.Love you, bye."

He hung up on his mom before she had any time to object. He grimaced when he thought about the lecture he was going to hear next time he saw her.

He finished dressing himself in his best suit and tie and rushed out of the house with his resume. Hopping into his 2013 Audi Coupe, he sped off towards his biggest job interview yet.
