Pictured above is the amazing Kaley Ann Voorhees, who I had the pleasure of seeing in Phantom Of The Opera in March. She is cast as Christine from the last chapter.

Hey guys! Thank you so so much for 500 views! I am so sorry for the delay!! I had extreme writer's block while writing this chapter, and have been trying to start a lot of other things on wattpad!! Updating will continue to be slow, as I am actually really busy this summer! Hope you enjoy!

Day's planned everything out. There's some Republic back up coming to help. I still feel awful though, taking all of his attention. Tess is dying, and there's nothing I can do. I love her so much, I can't have her leave me! After everything, I'm being so selfish about everything. I can't stand it. I can't stand myself. The person we're trying to help is Eden. I've asked to speak with Captain Jeremy Chagny. Anden sent him to take care of things here. Captain Chagny is young, with light brown hair and blue-green eyes. He seems to be a bit younger than Anden. I need to speak with the captain on our Eden issue.

As he walks into the cell, I notice he has the posture of someone who was not born to go into the army. His walk is much more casual, more similar to the walk of a person from the lower sectors.

"Captain Chagny, I would like to speak with you about the matter at hand."

"Yes Commader Iparis, the matter has been discussed by Mr. Wing and I."

I'm slightly startled by the words Commander Iparis. Commander Iparis was my brother, not me. It's my title though, so I hold firm.

"The matter, the plan, has changed. You are to get the younger Mr. Wing back home to the Republic as soon as possible."

"Commander Iparis, my orders from Mr. Wing dictate that-"

"You will follow what I say. Please."

"Alright Commander." He sounds troubled, but I know he will do what I've told him.

Day bursts into my cell thirty-two minutes and forty seconds after my talk with Captain Chagny.

"June, where are Captain Chagny and Eden?!" he screams.

"Should be flying back to the Republic, at this rate."

"June! We're trying to stop you from getting your memory erased, and you...ugh...June!"

"Your brother is more important. "

He sighs and leaves, rubbing his temples. Day's upset now, but he'll be fine. He loves his brother, and will be happy that Eden is safe.

I have one more thing to do. Tess. By now, the President has agreed for me to be able to visit Tess. Four Antarctican soldiers surround me to walk me to the hospital floor. Useless, bumbling Dr. York is there again. I sigh, and walk in.

"Tess?"

"June! What's going to happen? I mean, with you getting your memory wiped, and Eden left with the Republican soldier?"

"Yeah. First, I want you to go back to the Republic with Day. I can take care of myself," I tell her. I bring my voice down to a whisper, "Dr. York is useless. The Republic doctors can fix you up. As long as you are able to travel, you have to make it back to the Republic. Heal. Get better. Please."

"Okay, June. What about you? What about your dad?"

"He's not my dad. He abandoned Metias, and he abandoned me. He left Metias to be murdered by Thomas ans Commander Jameson. Metias was forced to become almost a father because of him. As for me, I can take care of myself. Go underground. I'm the Republic's prodigy, aren't I?"

"Alright June. Dr. York?" She cries.

"Yes, dear?"

"Would I be able to travel?"

"Yes, dear."

"Thank you. June, I'll be on the next plane back with Day. I promise."

I walk back to my cell, surrounded by soldiers. One, two, three...all fifteen of them. I wonder why. Half an hour later, Day bursts through the door.

"June! How could you dream of forcing Tess and I away? You won't be alright! I can't leave you."

I'm suprised, somewhat happy by his words. There's a price, though. I protected him before, and I'll protect him now.
"You have to go with Tess. She needs you, Day."

"June!" He protests.

Suddenly President Ikari walks through the door. His voice carries through the small cell, "We have decided that we want to keep the Republic as an ally, so Miss Iparis shall be pardoned. Mr. Wing, we will send you, Miss Tess, and Miss Iparis on the evening flight out of here tonight at 2100 hours. Mr. Wing, you are dismissed."

I am shocked. Antarctica is powerful enough to not have to keep an alliance with the Republic. We're almost meaningless, even with our alliance with the Colonies. Day seems shocked as well, meeting eye contact with me before leaving.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2030 hours.
Same day.
Still inside my cell.

We really should get going if Day, Tess and I should make our flight on time. I'm still chained up in my cell. The fifteen soldiers are still there, different ones, with rotations of course, but still, there's fifteen of them. I count off two minutes twenty-two seconds before they lift me up and walk me, still in chains, to a window just outside my cell.

"What am I looking at?" I demand. This is pointless, them showing me a window.

The boldest of them is a young man with dark hair, light olive skin and dark eyes. He points outward by the port, where a jet is getting ready to take off, and where there are three figures. "There," he says, loudly.

I study the figures closely. One has light blonde hair and a slim, athletic physique. I squint, the dark makes it hard to see, but the streetlights catch the figure. It's Day. Another seems to be weak, with darker blonde hair then Day, shorter too. Even from here, I would recognize Tess. Who's the third? She has long, dark brown hair in a ponytail that reaches her mid-back. Athletic physique. I watch the figures go into the jet. The way the girl steps seems familiar, the way she moves and carries herself. I finally realize who it's supposed to be. It's supposed to be me. The jet takes off and speeds into the sky, past the barrier. They left me behind.
