Kokoro woke up to her system licking her face in his little husky form and she yawned "good morning wolfy" she said petting his head

Wolfy: "host look at your side missions"

Kokoro raised an eyebrow and opened up the mission panel making Kokoro see the new side mission on the bottom

Side mission: protect Kamui from getting attacked- 100 pts

"When did this come up I've certainly got a lot of side missions to complete...... but it shouldn't be too hard for me as long as I plan ahead carefully" Kokoro said rubbing her chin in thought

"Alright so it's going to be my mission to protect him...so I will hopefully I can catch up to him before he gets too far" Kokoro said as she made a piece of toast and spread butter on it

Wolfy: "actually host that's what I wanted to talk to you about..."

Kokoro hummed as she opened her door only to hear another door open then saw Kamui who saw her as well Kokoro dropped the toast in her mouth in shock

Kamui seemed just as surprised to see her 'I didn't even sense that she was near me...how did I not notice she lived next to me' kamui thought to himself narrowing his eyes at her

Kokoro was currently freaking out in her mind 'Wolfy....why didn't you tell me Kamui lived right next to me, you could have warned me' Kokoro spoke in her mind

Wolfy: "you were already asleep before I could say anything host"

"Oh so it seems like we're neighbors...do you perhaps want to walk to school together" Kokoro said rubbing the back of her neck sweatdropping

Kamui just looked at her and saw the wolfy who was supposed to be invisible to everyone but it seemed like Kamui could see him making wolfy hide behind Kokoro

Wolfy: "host I don't know if it's just my mind playing tricks on me but I think the mc just saw me"

'Don't be silly wolfy' Kokoro spoke in her mind to calm wolfy down "let's go then" Kamui said his interest is now piqued by her behavior

'I didn't think he'd actually let me walk to school with him' Kokoro spoke in her mind as wolfy gazed at Kamui a little curiously

'So far I'm doing well in protecting him nothing seems to want to attack him so far...I shouldn't jinx it' Kokoro thought to herself

"So..." Kamui said as he pulled her to a private place and pinned her to the wall "who are you really" Kamui said a glare on his face

'that startled me I didn't know he was going to start interrogating me' Kokoro thought to herself

"Um I don't know what you mean" Kokoro said awkwardly "your playing dumb huh...I saw that creature hovering around you just who are you" Kamui said

'What he can see wolfy but no one should be able to see him unless it's me...Ok stay calm I can handle this I'll just make something up on the spot' Kokoro thought to herself

"Oh so you can see him too...your spiritual sense must be really high then"  Kokoro said calm and peaceful Kamui expected her to start crying and say the truth

"He's my guardian spirit in a way please don't tell anyone about him...it's supposed to be a secret" Kokoro said playfully

Kamui fell silent and pulled his hand away from the wall next to her "your so strange...who says that to a person they just met" Kamui said as he walks away then looks back expecting her to follow
