2nd world- The real Kamui

Kamui's head was bandaged and his chest was bandaged as well his left wrist was broken he was currently sleeping in a hospital bed

Haru was on a call with Kamui's parents while Hinako and Kotoko were in Kamui's room sitting on chairs as the life monitor beeped

"What do you mean collateral damage... how are you supposed to be his parents your so heartless" Haru said arguing with Kamui's parents the phone

"Looks like Haru is trying to negotiate with Kamui's strict parents...I can already see that's not going so well" Hinako said

Hinako turned her gaze to see Kotoko who had a sad look on her face making Hinako put a hand on her shoulder in comfort

"Hey what's wrong...if you're worried about Kamui he's probably fine...he's been through a lot worse trust me I've seen him take a truck head on" Hinako said trying to cheer up Kotoko

"It's not that...Why would he jump out and protect me like that..." Kotoko said as Hinako sighed and patted her head gently ruffling her hair

"You think too much about these things...Kamui jumped out to protect you because he wanted to make sure you were safe from harm" Hinako said

Haru walked in looking frustrated after he hung up his phone "those people how they could be his parents I can never understand" Haru said sounding frustrated

"I figured as much from them they never really cared whether I live or die" Kamui said opening his eyes "Kamui" Kotoko said as he sat up and she suddenly hugged him

Kamui hugged her back by putting his right arm around her waist "we were so worried about you" Kotoko said as Kamui buried his face in her neck

"What about you personally...were you worried about me" Kamui said making Kotoko blush and look at him "y.yes I was very worried about you" Kotoko said blushing light

Haru and Hinako felt a little awkward with the atmosphere as they looked at the obvious attraction that Kamui and Kotoko felt towards each other

"Well those two sure get along well" Hinako said "he seems to like her a lot" Haru said then they both looked at each other then awkwardly looked away

Then Yuna walked in interrupting the moment "I just got here is Kamui senpai ok" Yuna said Kamui groaned in annoyance

"This woman does she not know how to knock how dare she interrupt my reunion with my beloved" Kamui mumbled under his breath while clicking his tongue in annoyance

"Yuna your here it was terrible first someone pushed kotoko on the road then Kamui saved her by pushing her out of the way then got hit" Haru said

Wolfy: "host...he doesn't realize Yuna saw the whole thing because she's the one who pushed you in the first place, don't worry I recorded it"

'Heh...I figured as much good job recording the evidence' kotoko spoke in her mind to wolfy "oh how terrible are you both ok" Yuna said with fake concern

Kamui swallowed his disgust and looks at her annoyed "Haru you should really dump this girlfriend of yours she's acting like I'm already dead" Kamui said

"Hey why would you even joke about that" Haru said looking at Kamui in shock "does it look like I'm joking" Kamui said

"Why are you being like this...I know you've never been fond of Yuna but you don't have to be so rude" Haru said defensively

"Just being in the same room as that vile woman makes me sick to my stomach" Kamui said "wah...why must you be so mean I know you don't like me but this is going too far" Yuna said as she fake cries as she runs away

Haru of course believed she was actually crying "wait yuna come back...I hope your happy" Haru said and left the hospital room

A few days later...

Kotoko was currently studying at Kamui's apartment "come on you can do simple equations" Kamui said urging her to study

"Agh my head hurts with all these equations" kotoko said ruffling her hair in frustration "you want to pass right" Kamui said

"Yes but these equations I don't understand them at all it's hard" kotoko said waterfalls of tears came down her face

"If you need help just ask I can help you" Kamui said "thank you Kamui senpai" kotoko said as Kamui looked at her "Kamui...just Kamui" Kamui said

"Kamui..." Kotoko said and looked at his bandaged head and wrist "are you sure your ok" Kotoko said as she softened her gaze on him

"Don't worry I'm fine it doesn't even hurt...so relax" Kamui said "If you say so...but I'm still worried about you either way" kotoko said

Kamui patted her head gently "I'm still alive aren't I you don't have to worry so much just focus on getting your grades up for now" he said "ok" Kotoko said

Later...

Kotoko fell asleep while she was studying and Kamui put a blanket on her shoulders as he gazed upon her with a loving yet obsessive gaze then wolfy came in

Wolfy: "host I'm back I got all the evidence...eh oh...she's asleep my bad I'll just give her the evidence later..."

"Or you can give me the evidence and I'll give it to her when she wakes up" Kamui said his gaze looking straight at wolfy making him blink

Wolfy: "huh?! When did you get your memories back" wolfy had a shocked look on his face

Kamui put a finger to his lips "Shh she's asleep don't wake her up..." Kamui said as they walked into a separate room to talk

"To answer your question I got my memory back while I got a knock to the head" Kamui said gesturing to his bandaged head

Wolfy: "that's not usually how one gets their memory back but...I do suppose getting hit in the head works in one way"

"So her name is kotoko in this world it's already been 4 days since I got my memory back I got this Kamui's memory as well...first thing I'm going to do is get rid of that pesky black lotus" Kamui said

Wolfy: "you can't use your powers to kill a Character of a nonmagical world" wolfy freaked out swinging his paws around

"I didn't say anything about killing her... I will just make her confess to her crimes" Kamui said as he then looks back at kotoko who was still asleep

A few minutes later...

Kotoko slowly opened her eyes and yawned "oh I fell asleep while studying how embarrassing" kotoko said as Kamui came out of the kitchen

"I made some hot cocoa" Kamui said as he hands her a mug "thank you Kamui senpai" kotoko said as Kamui gives her a light noogie on the head

"Didn't I tell you to call me by my name Koko" Kamui said saying her nickname but she didn't notice at first "sorry I just forgot to..." Kotoko realized something

"Did you...just call me Koko...Kamui Shiro is that you" kotoko said looking at him "so you finally noticed" Kamui said as he pecked her lips

Kotoko looked embarrassed "k.k.kamui must you be like this...stop teasing me" kotoko said as Kamui smiled softly at her "I've been talking to your plush toy..." Kamui said gesturing to wolfy

Wolfy: "I am not a plush toy I am a well respected system" wolfy fumed with anger

"He told me about the evidence you've been accumulating...I want to help you expose that woman for what she really is" Kamui said

"Are you sure you..." Kotoko was cut off when Kamui kissed her "does my soulmate really have such little faith in my abilities" Kamui said making kotoko blush

"Looks like I need to train you very thoroughly" Kamui said making kotoko blush like a tomato understanding what he meant

"Since when did you get so perverted" kotoko said laughing nervously "only for you love" Kamui said and kissed her all night long making her pass out
