Kamui was not expecting her to answer without the slightest bit of hesitation in her voice which caught him slightly off guard

Kamui then pinned Kumiko to the bed making her gasp "do you feel pity for me is that it because if so I don't need it" Kamui said

"No" Kumiko said as Kamui looked into her eyes as sighed deeply to himself then let go of her as he sat near the edge of the bed

"You shouldn't trust people so easily it could get you killed" Kamui said as his eyes darkened slightly then stood up from his bed

2 days later...

Kumiko was now well enough to serve Kamui and she followed him throughout the day as she made sure to help him however she could

Then a boy with black hair and red highlights walked up to the two of them "good afternoon my lord" he said and bowed "Akiba" Kamui greeted his werewolf butler

Kumiko could not help but tilt her head as she looked at Akiba with familiarity 'hold on why does he look so familiar to me' Kumiko spoke in her mind to wolfy

Wolfy: "I don't know host it's probably nothing major" wolfy then gasped when he saw Akiba

Kumiko wondered why wolfy gasped and saw that Akiba was looking straight at wolfy with an ounce of interest on his face

"What are you staring at should you not be doing your job as a butler by making sure everything in the castle is in it's place" Kamui said

Akiba nodded "I already too the liberty of checking all the rooms, along with the garden, library and fountain" Akiba said

"Very well then this is my blood servant you will not touch or speak to her without my permission is that understood" Kamui said sternly

"Yes that's to be expected of me" Akiba said 'I know who you are Kokomi Twilight' Kumiko was shocked hearing Akiba using telepathy in her head

"Come along" Kamui said as Kumiko followed behind Kamui closely looking back at Akiba as Akiba nodded his head and left to attend to other matters

"Kumiko..." Kamui said as she turned her attention back on Kamui "try to pay attention when I'm talking to you their will not be another time that you space put like this" Kamui said

Kumiko nodded in understanding as Kamui took her to the throne room seeing his older brother jiro who was busy making a fool of himself

Kumiko looks at Kamui's hands and saw his hands clenched into fists while narrowing his eyes Kumiko was about to reach out to grab Kamui's hand but held back and sighed

'He doesn't have his memory back I should probably be more mindful of his personal space' Kumiko thought to herself

Jiro walked up to Kamui "oh I see little brother wasted no time in coming here" jiro sneered "why did you start the meeting without me" Kamui said eyes darkened slightly

"You were taking too long I didn't have time to wait so I started the meeting without you" jiro said as if it was no big deal

"You should learn something called patience that's what all good rulers should have but you dear brother have only showed incompetence" Kamui said

Jiro raised his hand to smack Kamui in the face but they were both surprised when Kumiko stood in front of Kamui taking the slap instead

"Oh well then brother...it seems like you have a competent blood servant...but know this if you falter I will take her for myself" jiro said sadistically

Kamui's glare darkened as jiro shoved past Kamui then he grabbed her arm and pinned her to the wall "what the hell were you thinking" Kamui said eyes glowing blood red in anger

"Why did you take that slap in my stead did you have a motive to make me feel pity for you...why" Kamui said and gripped her neck slightly

"M.my lord...I was afraid you'd get hurt" Kumiko said as she struggled in his grasp as Kamui's grip on her neck loosened slightly

Kamui slammed a hand on the wall beside her head "you really...just what is your problem...are you stupid...or just naive" Kamui said

Kumiko looked at him with confusion Kamui sighed deeply and clicked his tongue in annoyance as he let go of her soft neck

"Don't do anything stupid like that again...and don't get near my brother who know's what he'll do when I'm not around" Kamui said

Kamui looked at Kumiko with a glare "if you dare to try and do something like that again I will make sure to give you a punishment worse than death" Kamui said

"Ok" Kumiko said as Kamui narrowed his eyes at her and removed his arm from the wall "just how gullible are you" Kamui said flicking her forehead

Kumiko touched her forehead flicking it slightly "be obedient do not try and use yourself as a shield I don't need your death on my conscience" Kamui said with a darkened expression on his face

"Sorry" Kumiko said as Kamui walked past her and dragged her to his room pushing Kumiko on his bed which more or less surprised Kumiko

Kamui lifted her chin making Kumiko meet his gaze "I do not want you to sacrifice yourself on my behalf understand...this body of yours" Kamui whispered softly in her ear

Kumiko shivered slightly as Kamui's fangs scraped her skin "you shouldn't give up your life so easily" Kamui said his hot breath on her neck

Kumiko couldn't help blushing at Kamui's words as her grabbed her shoulders and buried his face in her neck

"Don't ever do anything as stupid and reckless as throwing your life away for my sake" Kamui whispered softly in her ear as be closed his eyes inhaling her scent

Kamui's fangs sink into Kumiko's neck and he sucks her blood he covered Kumiko's mouth blocking all the noise as he drank

Kamui then pulled away and looked at her "don't do it again" Kamui said sternly as he buried his face in her neck again closing his eyes

Kumiko heard soft breathing then realized at some point in time Kamui had fallen asleep making Kumiko slide her hands in his hair as he slept peacefully
