Chapter 5

~2 days later~

Olivia's POV:

 "We're home!"

"MOM! DAD!" I shout, running towards them at full speed, colliding with them and giving them a huge hug. "Welcome home!"

"Nice to see the house isn't trashed!" my mom laughs

"Hey! I'm good at keeping things tidy! It's Luke who is terrible at tidying!" I exclaim. We all laugh, well all of us except Luke who protests,

"I'm a really tidy person!"

"Luke do we really need to go to your bedroom" my dad says. Luke realises his room is a mess and shuts up. 

"Sit down or no presents!" my mom says. As soon as Luke and I hear 'presents' our ears perk up and we rush to the couch, like a dog when it hears the word 'treats'.

"Here you go Luke!" my mom exclaims, handing him a bag. In it there is a: Hoodie, shirt and a football.

"Thanks Mom! Thanks Dad"  he says, giving them a hug

"and here you go liv" my dad says.

He too gives me a bag which contains: A Hufflepuff gown and scarf (yep I'm a Hufflepuff); A brand new soccer ball and a signed picture of The Harry Potter cast!

"OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH MOM AND DAD!" I shout, giving them a massive hug.

"go put them up in your rooms." they say

"Okay" me and Luke say in unison

Suddenly my phone beeps.

Josh- Hey.

I've been texting Josh for the past few days and I have to admit, he's really nice and really funny. but I can NEVER admit that to Maddie. She will never let me forget it!

Me- heyy. wyd 

Josh- nothing really, just wondering how you were born so beautiful  ;)

Me- haha as if! 

Josh- I'm serious! I don't believe someone can be born that beautiful!

Me- I'll lyk when I become beautiful.

Josh- Okay. so... how?

Me- haha real funny. 

Josh- I know I'm really funny.

Me- You wish!

" Liv can you go to the store! Your dad used the last of the milk in his coffee!" my mom shouts

"Yeah Sure I'll be down in a sec" I bellow

Me- I've gtg. speak to you soon

Josh- Bye!

I put my phone in my pocket and head downstairs.
