Chapter 7

As soon as my eyes open, my body shoots up. It's my last day as a high schooler today. I can't believe I'm finished with High school. It feels like just yesterday I was a freshman with hardly any friends. Now I'm friends with a famous actor and I've planned a prom for all the seniors! It's crazy how much I've changed. I look at my alarm clock and it reads '6:02' I don't have to be at school until 10 am but I have to get ready plus my friends and I need a dress for tonight. I need to tell Maddie I'm going with Josh. that's going to make her think I'm dating him. for fuck sake. I pull myself out of bed and head over to the bathroom. Luke is already in there.

"Hey Liv"

"Hi. Are you going to prom tonight" I reach for my toothbrush as I ask this.

"Yeah I'm going with Tanya."

"uggghhh why? She's such a bitch" I groan

"No she's not !"

I roll my eyes and ask him

"Are you sure you graduated. I don't think you passed any classes"

"I passed all of my classes! I got a C in all of them. I even got a C+ in one. Plus in Phys Ed I got an A+"

"No one cares Luke. Go away I'm getting a shower" I tell him

"Fine I'm going."

when he closes the door I lock it and turn the shower on. I let it heat up, get undressed and then get it.

I continue to sing as I wash my hair and body. When I'm done I grab the towel and switch the shower off. I then go into my bedroom and pull out a pair of sweats and grey shirt. I'm not getting dressed up because there isn't any point right now. I have my dress ready for graduation (the picture at the top.)  I have it placed on my bed when I notice the time "6:49"  I have to be at Bella's house by 7. I grab a hoodie I saw on my chair and sprint out. My sneakers are right next to the door. I slip them on and grab my car keys. When I get into my car I realise I have the hoodie Josh apparently let me borrow. but I don't remember him ever giving me it. of course I grabbed that one though. I put it on because it's cold out and drive to Bella's. I make it with one minute to spare. I go to her door and knock loudly. 

"Hey liv. where's Maddie?" Bella asks when she answers the door

"I didn't bother getting her up. I know she would just go right back to sleep."

"Fair enough. come in" 

I go in to Bella's house and take my shoes off. Her mom is crazy about wearing shoes in the house. I go upstairs and get greeted with

"Hi Josh's girlfriend"

"For fuck sake Emma! I'M. NOT. JOSH'S. GIRLFRIEND!"

"okay okay" she says

Bella comes up and we all sit on her bed. she then says 

"guys let's look online for our dresses" 

We all agree and by the time we have all decided, Maddie walks in.
