Danny was back at Starks lab. There wasn't a place for him to work at in the hall of justice. He was currently working on a company project until he received word from the justice league that they needed him.
He swept his dark hair out of his eyes as he tinkered with the tech.
"Hey Danny, what's up?" Tim asked.
Danny's head popped up at the sound of his friends voice. Ever since his confession, Tim had been sort of attached to Danny. Not that Danny didn't like it.
He stopped by all the time.
"Hey Tim. Heard anything from the JL?"
"Nope, I'm actually here because Stark requested I pull you out from under all your creations and take you out".
Danny wanted to groan at Starks spike in concern but he was glad they were on better terms.
"Alrighty, I Guess I can spare a night"
Tim grinned.
"Great! Your coming to the Wayne family dinner."
"Wait, what-" Danny attempted to interject but Tim didn't let him.
"Then we're going to have movie night"
"But won't it be weird if I'm there, I'm not apart of your family" Danny asked, no longer even attempting to pull away as Tim dragged him along.
"Nah, Wally is going to be there too, maybe even Jon and his dad"
Danny's eyes almost bugged out of his head.
"Wait, Superman's going to your family dinner. I didn't think Bruce had friends."
Tim snickered.
"I know surprising right? Jon, Clarks son, is Damien's friend. I think the supers have a calming affect on the two gloomy bats" Tim said.
Danny grinned as they mounted Tim's motorcycle. They rode for a while before coming to the gates of the Wayne manor.
The two stepped in the house and were met with a chaotic scene. Damien was running after Dick with a kid in tow.
"The guy running away is Dick, Damien is the kid chasing him and Jon is the little peace negotiator+" Tons words were cut off by stray dagger flying straight at Danny's face.
Danny grabbed it before it could hit his face.
"Woah, that's some good reflexes Danny" Tim said. Now that he knew Danny's secret he seemed to be in awe of everything Danny did.
"I would've just dodged it but I don't have the budget to fix your walls" Danny said.
"Alfred would fix it, he's a jack of all trades so a hole in wall would've only been trouble for Damien who would've been scolded endlessly."
Danny nodded. Damien ran by again bumping into Danny causing him to stumble.
"You alright?"
Danny smiled, "yeah, I'm super light so it might look like I was hit harder than I was"
"Really, I wonder if I could pick you up" Tim said. That was all the warning Danny got because Tom grabbed Danny and picked him up with ease.
"WOW! You are super light" Tim exclaimed before setting him back down.
Danny shrugged smiling.
"Daniel, I apologize for missing my target and almost hitting you" Damien said before snatching his dagger from Danny and running away.
Tim looked past Danny.
"WOW, I don't think he's ever apologized to any before, he must like you"
"Really?"
