Danny shuffled his feet walking nowhere in particular when he ended up somewhere familiar to him.

His favorite coffee shop, or rather, the cheapest, least crappiest coffee shop in Gotham.

Danny forced himself up to the counter in defeat against caffeine.

The barista turned with a happy grin. It quickly turned into a pity friend when she saw Danny's temperament.

"Black, dark and hot, lots of sugar no milk no creamer" Danny said in a robotic tone.

She looked around the empty cafe and at the dark night just beyond the cafes large windows.

"Mhm, that'll be ten twenty-five"

Danny handed her eleven dollars.

"Keep the change, it won't do me any good" Danny said to her. As she walked away he leaned his back against the wall next to the counter and waited.

It was so dark outside, it made feel even gloomier. Maybe he had overreacted, 'mean he had been keeping a similar secret right?

Danny slipped his phone from his pocket and scrolled through his contacts.

Starks name was there, among about five other contacts.

His thumb hovered over the call button. Suddenly his phone started playing a melody surprising him, he dropped the phone startled by the noise and rushed to pick it up.

He frowned when he noticed that the number was unknown.

Danny took the call and with an exasperated tone said "who is this?"

"Danny Fenton" a voice asked in the other end.

Danny, creeped out by the fact that they knew his name, took on a more aggressive tone.

"WHO is this?!" He asked again more forcefully.

"I think it's best if we met up, meet me at the corner of Broad and Lane not far from the shop your in"

Danny clenched his fist.

"If you think I'm just gonna show up then your crazy you worthless-"

Danny didn't get to finish his rant because the possible stalker had already hung up.

Danny furiously patted his pockets. He had a safety pin, a ball point pen and his wallet.

Great, maybe he could chuck the wallet at the creep and make a break for it. At least he could keep his pants up with the safety pin if he had to fight.

Danny shoved his back off the wall and made his way to the door.

"Wait!"

Danny turned around to see the barista desperately holding the cup up hoping he wouldn't forget it.

He took it and thanked her before leaving. Danny looked down at the cup to see how they messed up his name this time.

His eyes grew fuller when he saw the name wasn't even in it.

Instead he was met with a phone number. He careful peeled off the label the number was on.

He crunched it in his hand before tossing it in a nearby trash can.

She almost ruined a perfectly good coffee.

Danny made his way to the place and stopped dead in his tracks. He spit out his coffee in surprise.

Superman and Batman were standing there.

Danny glanced behind him, there was still room to escape. He could make a break for it, use his powers if he got really desperate.
