Harry puts his books in Ginny's cauldron "You have these, I'll buy my own." he tells her. "Bet you loved that, didn't you, Potter? Famous Harry Potter, can't even go into a bookshop without making the front page." Snyder sneers, walking over. "Leave him alone, he didn't want all that!" Ginny glares. "Potter, you've got yourself a girlfriend!" Snyder drawls. "Oh, it's you. Bet you're surprised to see Harry here, eh?" Ron remarks. "Not as surprised as I am to see you in a shop, Weasley. I suppose your parents will go hungry for a month to pay for all those." Snyder tells him. Ron drops his books into Ginny's cauldron, starting to head towards Snyder "Don't." Willow tells him gently, she, Hermione and Harry stopping him. "Ron! What are you doing? It's too crowded in here, let's go outside." Mr Weasley says, walking over with Kol and Remus. "Well, well, well—Arthur Weasley." Mr Snyder greets. "Richard. Mr. Weasley nods coldly. "Busy time at the Ministry, I hear. All those raids... I hope they're paying you overtime? Obviously not. Dear me, what's the use of being a disgrace to the name of wizard if they don't even pay you well for it?" Mr Snyder asks. "We have a very different idea of what disgraces the name of wizard, Snyder." Mr Weasley retorts. "Clearly. The company you keep, Weasley... and I thought your family could sink no lower-" Mr Snyder sneers, looking from Kol and Willow, to Remus, to the Grangers.

There's a sudden thud as Ginny's cauldron goes flying, books going everywhere as Mr Weasley tackles Mr Snyder "Get him, Dad!" Fred grins. "No, Arthur, no!" Mrs Weasley shrieks. "Gentlemen, please, please!" the assistant cries. "Break it up, there, gents, break it up-" Hagrid says, wading through and pulling the men apart with the help of Kol. Mr Weasley has a cut lip and Mr Snyder, who had been hit in the eye by an Encyclopedia of Toadstools, thrusts Ginny's old Transfiguration book back at her "Here, girl—take your book—it's the best your father can give you." he tells her, beckoning his son as he pulls himself out of Kol's hold and walks out. "You shouldn't have payed attention, Arthur." Kol tells Mr Weasley, straightening his robes for him. "Rotten ter the core, the whole family, everyone knows that—no Snyder's worth listenin' ter—bad blood, that's what it is—come on now—let's get outta here." Hagrid nods, leading them all out the shop. "A fine example to set for your children... brawling in public... what Gilderoy Lockhart must've thought..." Mrs Weasley tells her husband. "He was pleased. Didn't you hear him as we were leaving? He was asking that bloke from the Daily Prophet if he'd be able to work the fight into his report—said it was all publicity—" Fred tells her.

Willow glares as she thinks about Lockhart "What I want to know is how the Bloody Hell he's become our DADA Professor." she pipes up. "Probably because of how hard it is to find someone for the job, no one has lasted longer than a year for about two decades now." Kol tells his daughter. "Well, Quirrell was definitely not a great. Yes he was a good teacher but, y'know, having Moldyshorts in the back of his head was a big downer." Willow remarks, her friends snorting or chuckling with laughter. "Massive let down." Harry nods. "Hang on, didn't you two jinx snowballs hit the back of Quirrell's head at just before the Christmas break?" Theo asks the twins. The two of them look at each other before laughing "We hit You know who in the face-" George starts. "With snowballs!" Fred continues, making all the friends laugh. "Come on, we best be getting home." Mrs Weasley tells her children and Harry. Harry looks at Remus "Go with Molly and have fun with your friends, I'll sort everything out so we can get you out of the Dursley's by Christmas." Remus tells him. Nodding, Harry smiles "Okay." he agrees. "We'll see you on the train." the twins tell Willow and the boys. Willow smiles and hugs them both "See you then." she nods. "We better get you three back to your mother's." Davina tells Draco, Theo and Blaise.

After bidding Harry, Hermione, Remus, the Weasley's and the Quidditch Team goodbye, the Mikaelson's take the boys to the tea shop where their mother's are "Did they behave?" Narcissa asks. "They all were perfect." Davina assures her. "Thank you for taking them to get their stuff with you." Veronica tells her. "It was no problem." Kol smiles. "Did they get all their stuff?" Cynthia asks. "Yes, we managed to get everything." Davina nods. Willow hugs each of the boys before they do their handshake "See you on the train if I don't see you before." she tells them. "Bye Wills." they respond as they all go their separate ways. "Let's get home, Freya is cooking spaghetti tonight." Kol tells Willow, Marcus and Hope. "Yes!" Willow grins. "Anyone would think that you love Aunt Freya's spaghetti." Hope jokes.
