Taehyung reaches Zoey's house. He waits till zoey opens the door for him.

"You? Here?" Zoey startled seeing him
"Yeah, didn't y/n told I will be here to pick her. Call her"
"Call her?" Zoey gave him a weird smile not knowing what he's talking about.
"Zoey!??"
"Yeah..yeah..y/n she's here...huh"
"Yes call her"
"Come inside I'm calling her..."

Taehyung follow her to the living room. He rests himself on the sofa.

"I'll be back in two minutes"

Zoey runs to her room and dial y/n's number

"Where the fvck are you fool? He's literally sitting in my living room asking me to call you. How I'm supposed to take care of this mess. Why didn't you informed me before" said in one go
"I'm sorry..manage him for 10 minutes I'm coming."
"How?"
"Ik baby you will manage byeee" she hung up.

Zoey joins taehyung

"Mr. Kim taehyung.."
"You can call be taehyung"
"You want tea? Coffee? Anything?"
"Nah I'm fine, where's y/n?"

Zoey takes a deep breath and decides to say whatever comes in her mind

"She's bathing.."
"Bathing? This time?" Taehyung check his wrist watch which was showing 7pm
"Yeah..I spilled juice on her so that's why.."

Zoey was patting her back in mind for perfectly lying. She lefts a massage for y/n saying "you're bathing" so that she can play along after coming back.

"Ohh.."

There was a awkward silence between them, taehyung tries to break the silence

"You live here alone?" Taehyung asked looking around the house.
"Me and I have a house helper she takes take of everything"
"If you don't mind can you tell me about y/n. As you are her best friend you know her better"
"Y/n?"

"Yeah like what she likes, dislikes, her fav things food, and which kind of man she likes. Actually if I ask her I know she's never gonna say."

Zoey decides to answer his question as now this is the only way to keep him distracted

"Oh..sure. Maybe she acts tough but she's still a little baby, all she wants is love and care. Little things makes her happy. If you handle her with love you'll be loved too it will take time though.  She reads book in her free time, she's into fictional men. In simple sentence she likes man who treats their girl right. Her morning starts with black coffee without sugar, She likes spicy food. Chocolate cake is her fav desert. Fav color is black. Fav flower is pink rose..."

Zoey kept saying everything about y/n while he noted down on his notepad.

"Thank you"
"All these information weren't free you owe me a treat"
"Sure with pleasure" taehyung said then again checked his watch "it's been more than 20 minutes, where's y/n?" Asked looking at Zoey
"Would you mind if I go and check" he added

"No...yeah actually"

Taehyung walks toward the room when he was about to open the door it opens itself revealing y/n. Who was wiping her wet hair with a towel. Taehyung was staring at her as nowadays this is the only thing he loves to do. Zoey who was behind taehyung, breath in relief seeing y/n.

"Finally I get to see my moon" he smiled
"Sadly I have to see your annoying face ahhh"
"If you're ready we can leave for home"
"Guys dinner is ready, No one is going anywhere without having dinner" Zoey said getting both of your attention

"I down ask y/n"
"I'm also fine"

While dinner y/n was chatting with Zoey all the time and giggling. Taehyung was feeling jealous of zoey as y/n never smiles like that while talking to him.

After dinner//

Y/n gives a tight hug to Zoey
"How?" She whispered in y/n's ear
"Climbed from the window, wet my hair and changed into your clothes. Thanks baby." whispered back in Zoey's ear

You pulled away from the hug
" love you"
"I love you too bye"

Zoey comes outside with you two to say bye

"Wowhh taehyung your car is so cool."
"I brought it last week, You like it?" He asked
"Yeah who won't, I was even thinking__" before she could even complete her sentence taehyung throws the key which she catches.
"Here keep it"

Zoey was too stunned to say something.

"But.."
"My moon's best friend means my friend. So you can keep it"
"Thank you, is thank you enough?"
"Yes, welcome"

he looks at you
"Key" you give him the car's key which you brought.

You left with taehyung. All the way home he noticed you were smiling in the car.

"You seem happy..." He said
"Yeah" in your mind you were thinking about Jungkook and the hug you get from him.
"Wanna share? The reason behind your happiness"
"Nah, good night"

He kept looking at your leaving body until it disappeared.

Next morning

You startled seeing taehyung after coming out of bathroom.

"What the... where's your manners man?" He was restocking your mini fridge. "Why did you come inside without knocking?"

"I did knocked but you weren't responding" he picks two coffee cups from the side table

"Here your coffee without sugar"  you were surprised
"How did you knew?"  Asked taking a sip, he also takes a sip from his mug. By his face you could say he's not ok with the coffee.

"Don't drink if you don't like it" you said seeing the horrible face he made.
"I'm fine I guess..but how do you drink this? It's enough to kill a person" he did complian but finished his coffee.
"Why don't you give me a tour of your house"
"Ok.. come"

He shows you every corner of house except his room.

After few weeks//

Y/n's pov

Few weeks passed, I searched every corner of house except his room but haven't got anything against him. Now I'm really confused about him. Why he isn't letting me go in his room.
In this few weeks he never came home empty handed. Bringing chocolate cake and a pink rose for me became his everyday habit.
Despite of hating coffee, I saw him adopting the habit of drinking black coffee for me. From the house helpers I heard that he never smiles but whenever I look at him he's always smiling.
He even  set a big swing on my balcony after hearing I like reading books sitting under moonlight. It wasn't unnoticed by me that every night he comes in my room once to check me. Even after all the ignorance he never showed his cold side to me. He never makes me uncomfortable, don't touch inappropriately. After I said I want privacy he asked his men not to follow me around without asking a question.
Sometimes I question myself "what is he" for the first time in my life I saw someone giving so much effort for me. If everything is a lie I will say it's a beautiful one.
