"Ho..how is he now..??" Your voice trembled
"I removed the bullet he's out of danger now, let him rest for some days and he'll be fine.

You were shedding silent tears sitting beside his unconscious body, waiting for him to regain consciousness. Your mind was bursting with questions, you had a lot in your mind to ask.

You were desperate to ask him how he ended up like this.
Seeing him laying lifeless was burning your inside, an unknown fear was troubling you causing your breath stuck in your throat. You grabbed his hand

"Please.. please get well soon. I can't see you like this" bringing his hands to your lips you gently kissed the back of his hand while warm tears were rolling down your cheeks.

"Taehyung.. I'm nothing without you, I love you." Your attention sifted to your phone as it was buzzing on the nightstand, you saw the screen was flashing Cookie. As you weren't in the mood to talk with anyone now, you switched off the phone and flipped it back into the pocket.

You didn't realize when you dozed off while waiting for him to gain consciousness.

Tae's pov//
My eyelids were feeling heavy as slowly opening my eyes I looked at my surroundings. I tried to get up but the sharp ache in my chest stopped me making me groan in pain.

"Ahh!!" I tilted my head right, Moon was sleeping beside me. I expanded my hand toward her face and slowly carresed her cheek.

Her lips parted sensing my touch.
"How can someone look this pretty even while sleeping...?" I wondered, I will never get tired of admiring her beauty. She can bring me to knees with one glance..

my thumb caressed her lip line before I joined our lips. Her soft warm lips melted into mine.

"Umm.." she moaned in her sleep. I smiled brushing our lips together disturbing her sleep.
"Sorry I couldn't stop myself from kissing you" I said giving a peck.

She didn't say anything but was only looking at me. Her eyes turned moist.
"Moon..?"
"Moon what happened!??"
"You're smiling!!???Do you know how afraid I was seeing your condition!!? My heart stopped. I hate you.." she burst into tears covering her face with her hands. Her tone low..
"Calm down love, see I'm totally fine. Nothing happened to me."
She was still crying. I pulled her closer letting her head rest on my shoulder.

"Love.. seeing you cry aches my heart please." I caressed her hair.
"I'm sorry.."
"How did you get shot?" She asked pulling back. Her eyes were red and puffy
"I.. actually.." I was stuttering as I don't know how to answer her question because if she gets to know I get shot because of her presence in my life she will be more upset.

Flashback//
"What brings you here?" indicated me to take seat while removing the cigarette between his lips.
I sat down across him.
"I don't want to take care of your illegal business anymore." I said looking straight into his eyes as my Y/n's wish is order for me and I won't mind facing any
consequences for her.

"You??? What!!?" He scoffed
"I said I'm not in your illegal business anymore." His facial expression was changing from calm to mad but still I continued
"I want to live a normal life.."
"So now you want a normal life..is this for the girl who is living with you?" He asked, I wasn't surprised that he knows about Y/n because I know really well he keeps eye on my every moment as he doesn't trust anyone.

"Yes..it is for her." He burst out laughing hearing my answer.
"My naive boy is in love." His tone was sarcastic
"Did you forget your childhood taehyung??? What you get in return of love?" He was pressing my old wounds which never healed, I balled my fist tightly
"You were abandoned by your own mother." I was bleeding internally... sometimes word cut deep than knife.
"how can you trust another woman...?" He questioned searching for my eyes.
"My..moon will never abandon me."
