"i cant believe you didn't bring clothes with you"
"i wasn't exaclty planning on staying" he chuckles "what was your plan?"
"get you and take you back home and possibly do a bit of grovelling"
"damn" you let out a little laugh
"there should be clothes in the cabin if not i can always drive to the nearest town and buy some..that reminds me we might need to go food shopping because im not sure if my parents have stocked up the place"
you nod "okay"

when mason got back you told him about the plan to go to Scotland for a few days he was fine with it as long as you were. tom was going to rent a car but mason said he could get a car off a friend because it would take hours for the rented car to turn up tom was a bit hesitant in taking the car but with a bit of persuading he finally warmed up to the idea.

"how long do we have left"
tom laughs at your question "sweetheart were only about 25 minutes in weve still got 5 and a half more hours"
"we could of gotten a plane"
"hmm true but we would of still had to do a bit of driving"
"Ubers exist and taxis"
"not up this way"
you laugh "tom its scotland they're bound to have ubers and taxis"
"they do but they dont exactly go up to where the cabin is"
"why not"
tom shrugs "no clue guess it's because its in the middle of no where and they don't want to be murdred"
you look at tom with a suspicious look and he looks at you and smiles
"are you serious right now" he says
"what? i didn't say anything"
"no but the look you gave me said it all"
you say nothing
"sweetheart I'm not going to kill you"
"you best not or i'll come haunt you that's if mason  kill you first"
tom chuckles "your brother really doesn't like me"
"he does its just been a lot for him..he's on holiday and he's had to deal with my drama and technecally you didn't do anything wrong so he has no reason to hate you"
"ah okay fair enough"

two hours later

"we'll stop here for some food" tom says as he pulls up to a service station
"and for some gas" you say
"christ that's gone down quick I've not long filled it up" tom groans
"there's probably a leak or some fault with the car" you shrug before opening the glove box taking a hat and sunglasses out
tom watches you carefully and raises an eyebrow when you pass him a hat and a pair of sunglasses
"whats this for" he says as he takes them off you and studies them
"mason messaged and let me know there were disguises in the glove box and i thought you'd want one considering you're all on them news articles" tom chuckles "were going to stand out like a sore thumb its what? -1 degrees and youre giving me sunglasses"
you shrug "its better than nothing..saves people harssing you..by the way we both should put out a statement sort of thing before we go ghost"
tom gives you a do we have to look
you sigh "listen the whole thing is a massive mess and we kind of need to save our reputation otherwise we're going to be one of those semi famouse people who do one thing wrong and then turn to meth and-"
tom laughs "I'm going to stop you right there because we are most definatly not resulting to drugs because of this"

tom looks at you as if you're some alien "understood" he says slowly and you can't help but laugh
"why are you looking at me like that"
"did you just hear yourself"
"well yeah obviously"
tom shakes his head "your head seems to be a very scary place"

"anyway gas and food cmon lets go" tom says putting the hat on and you do the same before you guys get out of the car.
while tom fills the car up you go into the service to have a look at the food since you have no idea what you fancy and you know it will take you forever to choose but to your surprise once you see what the place has you pick what you want quite quickly, once you have gotten the things you want thats when tom comes next to you
"what you got" he asks
"fruit pot a dr pepper annd sushi"
"you do know theres a heated bit where you can get sausage rolls and pasties"
"i'd kill for a Cornish pasty right now" you say and tom chuckles and takes your had "lets go see if they have some"
