You-Tom?

You can't believe it after almost a week of ignoring you he decides to call you.
You're feeling so many emotions
Anger
Hurt
Sadness
Happiness
Your ears are now ringing and your heart starts pounding and you start crying really bad.
Tom-y/n where are you?
You give it a few seconds before you reply.
You clear your throat.
You-out
You hear Tom sigh
Tom- yes but where what club?
You shake your head even though you know he can't see you.
You let out a sob.
Tom-darling please stop crying and tell me where you are?
You laugh to yourself.
I wouldn't be crying if you didn't ghost me.
You-I'm not at a club..well sort of, I'm with friends
Tom raises his voice that kind of startles you.
Tom-god damn it Y/N!!
You stutter.
You-Sheldon's I'm at Sheldon's bowling centre.
Tom-I'm coming to get you!
Before you could say something back to him the call ends.
You wipe your eyes and head out of the cubicle back to Alex and Aimee.
"Heyyyy" Aimee says.
You smile at her "hi" Alex gives you your bag and says "we're going now, you ready?"
You shake your head "oh I someone is coming to pick me up"
You sniff.
"Y/n are you okay" Aimee asks.
You nod "yeah I'm fine it's the person you know"
"Ohhh..do you want us to stay with you till he comes?"
"No no it's fine you guys go"
You give Aimee a hug then give Alex a hug
Before leaving Alex turns around "remember to message sandy your CV and your time table so she can put you down for some work, I'll text you to remind you again when we get back home".
You nod and they leave.
You head towards the bar and sit down on a stool to wait for Tom.
"Want a drink?" The bar man asks
"Water please..i need sobering up" he nods and makes you a glass of water and gives it you
"Thank you,how much?"
He shakes his head "waters free"
You nod taking a sip of it

While waiting for Tom you had 4 glasses of water which went straight to your bladder
So you went to the toilet.
When you came out you were on your phone unaware of your surroundings until you bumped into someone.
"Shit sorry" you look up to see who you had bumped into.
Your heart stopped.
"Y/n"
You put your phone away.
"T-Tom.."
he gave you a small smile which you didn't return.
"Let's go" he says while putting his hand out so you could hold it.
You didn't.
You and Tom made your way out of the place into the car park and to his car in complete silence.
One part of you wanted to jump on him and hug him and kiss him to death
While the other part of you wanted to tare the shit out of him for ghosting you for almost a week.
The way he looks over to you made your heart melt.
You wanted to felt bad for being cold towards him but you couldn't,he obviously didn't care about you when he randomly went ghost with no warning.
When you got into his car you put your seatbelt on and turned to the side facing the door so you're not facing Tom.
You could feel him staring at you which made you slightly uncomfortable.
The drive was quiet and awkward
At times you felt like unlocking the door and throwing yourself out of the car
Maybe this would of been better if you was still tipsy but after the glasses of water you had sobered up a lot
After a few minutes the car stopped and tom took the keys out of the car and clicked his seatbelt
That gave you the heads up that you had reached your apartment
You just couldn't wait to get in so you could just flop on your bed and go to sleep, you didn't care that Marie would see Tom walk you to the door or whatever he was going to do when he gets out of the car
You clicked your seat belt and opened the door to be hit with confusion
Instead of being outside your apartment you were on toms drive way
Why am I here
You roll your eyes and follow Tom to his door where he opens it and gestures you to go inside so you do
You make your way to his living room where you sit on the edge of the sofa
Shortly after Tom enters the living room and sits next to you
He looks at you and starts leaving little kisses up your neck
You could melt and die on the spot
His hand makes it's way to your thigh
Oh no you don't
You move his hand and shake your head
"No"
You stand up, toms looking at you confused which makes you laugh
"What do you mean no?"
You shake your head "Tom are you serious?"
You pinch the bridge of your nose and raise your voice
"You ghost me for days and decide to call me out of the blue while I'm out with friends actually enjoying myself for a change and then say that you're coming to get me but instead of taking me home you take me to yours where you think it's okay to kiss me and put your hands on me" you laugh Shaking your head
"Why didn't you answer texts and calls?..where where you when you wasn't in class?"
You start to tear up and get agitated
Tom gets up and heads towards you and places his hands on your hips
You push him off
"Answer me...you have someone else don't you?"
He lets out a sigh and shakes his head
"No there's no one else"
He goes to the kitchen and pours himself a drink
"My sister..she got sent into hospital and she needed someone to look after her kids, she asked me at the last minute so I agreed"
He takes a sip of his drink
I couldn't text back or answer your calls because I was in a rush to get to hers I had forgotten to take my phone charger and my wallet"
Tom went on to explain how his sister got Ill when her kids were asleep where she had to call for an ambulance
And how she lives in the middle of nowhere in Scotland where the closest town is 2 hours away and that she doesn't have any neighbours that could of looked after her kids, other family members wasn't picking up the phone since when she called it was in the middle of the morning.
You felt shit raising your voice and acting cold towards Tom
"Is she okay?" You ask quietly
Tom nods "she is now, she had an operation something to do with her appendix..my parents are with her now"
You started to nibble your bottom lip
"I'm sorry..I shouldn't of raised my voice at you and acted like how I did toward you"
Tom shakes his head and comes towards you
Cupping your face
"Don't be sorry I understand why you were like it, I'd of been the same"
Your eyes start to tear up
"No you don't" Tom says before kissing you
You kiss him back
"God I've missed you" you say wrapping your arms around him
"I've missed you too" he says kissing your head and wrapping his arms around you
"When did you get back?" You mumble agains toms chest
"About a few minutes before I called you..I had to sort out a few things before I called you"
You nod taking in his scent
You could literally sleep in his arms while standing up
Your phone goes off that kind of disturbs your little moment
You get your phone out and it's a text off Alex

It was an awkward drive but I did sort of I'm not exactly at mine
I'll text her in a bit

Tom looks at your phone and then at you "who's that?"
You put your phone away and look at him
"Oh it's Alex..I sort of skipped my lessons today and I got myself a job in a café
His the son of the owner that's who I was with at the bowling place oh and I was with his sister
They're really nice people..he actually goes to the uni but I've never seen him about"
You smile
Tom looks at you surprised "wow you got a job I'm happy for you darling"
"Thank you"
You and Tom make your way to the sofa where he sits down and you lie on him
"So what else did you get up to"
he asks while playing with your hair
You shrug "oh nothing much"
"How's you and Marie"
Her name sends shivers down your spine and you let out a huff and close your eyes
"What's wrong" Tom asks
You open your eyes
Do I tell him everything
What if he flips out or ends things because Marie might know
He doesn't need to hear all of this he's  a grown ass man
Fuck it
You tell Tom about how she's been with you and how she was with Aimee and how Marie is living some next double life
"Oh there's something else too.."
"what is it?" Tom asks
"Marie might know about us..Aimee said the only time she acts jealous and weird is when the person your with is someone she likes and she likes you so..she might know"
Tom doesn't say anything which makes you nervous so you sit up
"Are we still ok?"
He looks at you and nods
"Yeah we're ok, I was just thinking..surely if she knew she would of said something by now
Or maybe started a rumour about me and you"
You lean your head on toms shoulder
"Yeah true"
"I wouldn't let it get to you until you know for sure that she knows" Tom kisses your head
He gives your knee a little tap and you look at him
You can see he wants to get up
"I'll be just a sec" he says while going upstairs
"Okay"
While toms upstairs you message sandy the days you're available and you tell her when you're home you'll send her your cv
The time catches your attention
11:48pm
Shit I should go home...
You start to get your things together and stand up when Tom enters the living room
"What's wrong?" He asks
You point to the door "..I might have work tomorrow so I should get going"
"Don't you want to stay here?"
He wants me to stay?
"Oh..i guess I mean if you want me to then yeah"
"Of course I want you to stay that's why I drove here instead of your apartment"
You give him a smile
"Do you want something to eat or drink?" He asks
You shake your head "no thank you"
Tom comes towards you and puts his hand out
This time you take it while looking at him confused
"Let's go upstairs"
A massive grin forms on your face, not because you want to get railed by him because you wanted a bed
You get to toms room and you let out a little yawn
"Are you tried?" He asks unzipping your dress
You nod "I am, it's been a long day"
Your dress falls to your ankles and you're left in your bra and kickers
Tom kisses your shoulder "we'll just cuddle tonight then"
You let out a small laugh and then you get into his bed
