*Sam's pov*
Colby seemed off. I couldn't tell what it was this time. I always knew, and not knowing made me slightly uneasy. I wanted me and him to just relax, enjoy the party but I had a feeling that wasn't going to happen. My eyes trailed down to the white claw in his hand, clearly not his first one of the night. I chuckled lightly, shaking my head, "Don't drink too much" I was mainly just being playful but he knew I was a little serious when I said it.

We ended up splitting off, I went over to a group and chatted but I noticed Colby hanging around on his own. My face sort of softened, showing some empathy. There was definitely some thing up.

"Hey man" my voice soft, the concern lacing the words as they left my mouth. My nose instantly registered the strong smell of alcohol, coming from Colby, this put me into just a whole other world of worry. My eyebrows furrowed, I wasn't angry, I mean I wasn't that angry, I was more just concerned. "Sup" I earnt a slurred single word response, his actions and words were sloppy, clearly he was shitfaced drunk at this point. "Colby." I responded sternly, the worry leaving my voice however I was probably ten times more worried now.
