My eyes shot around, looking for him. The bright lights flashing in my eyes didn't help but eventually my eyes settled, landing on his figure over by all the alcohol. My heart raced as I made my way over. I wasn't about to give up, I would keep on trying. "Your not fine" my voice laced with a hint of concern, I always tried to stay upbeat but this time I couldn't help it. "I'm serious, colby" my face relaxed, all the tension dropped, my heart however was still racing. I just stood there watching as he continued to down the bottle of vodka, obviously trying to ignore me. "Colby." I say a little louder than how I was before. I grab his wrist, forcing him to set the bottle down, now he had no other choice but to acknowledge me.
I took him back to the other room, this time I stood by the door. "What is up with you today?" I can't help but feel slightly upset as those words leave my mouth, I hate it when something bad happens to Colby.
*Colby's POV*
I sigh, there was no getting out of this. Plus I was just extremely drunk so I knew I would probably say something I would regret later. "I'm fine" my eyes peirce into his, like two oceans colliding, our blue eyes meeting. I couldn't help but cherish this, I don't care that this wasn't the best situation but any sort of interaction like that sent me head over heels for him. Fuck. I really need to get over him. It's been years since I first started to like him.
