"You are stupid."

Misun quickly turned her head seeing Heeseung standing. She viewed him as his face and hair was damp. He was breathing loudly with his lips slightly parted. The boy finally found her after scavenging through everywhere. "H- Heeseung."

He was searching for me. Why?

Her eyes widened seeing him after the catastrophe that just happened. Misun got up very fast from the sand and was about to run away.

"Don't you dare leave again." Heeseung told her, with a serious look.

The black haired girl held herself back and had now been standing in front of him. She wanted to leave his sight, feeling embarrassed. The silence was loud and made things awkward in the moment they were in. Misun's heart was going to explode and she mentally punched herself for acting the way that she was, a coward.

"Why did you run off earlier?" He asked, breaking the silence.

She started fiddling with her fingers and looked down to where she couldn't see him. "I- I don't know."

Heeseung let out an irritated scoff at her. He'd wish she just talk to him normally. "Don't lie to me!"

The sudden raise in his voice made Misun flinch. She didn't want him to be mad at her. She's putting herself through a tough time right there when it could've been way easier.

There was a brief moment of silence again. Misun's been bottling everything to herself. It was time to let that all go and to tell Heeseung how she feels. With gaining all her mental and physical strength, she was going to tell him right now. She looked up at him as the wind blew hair in front of her face.

"I should've been cautious of you." She said, straight up, gaining the look of confusion from him.

"I should've known that you would cause trouble for me from the beginning. I tried everything in my greatest power to avoid you, and beat you academically. I did end up surpassing you but i wasn't happy."

"I didn't know what the problem was. I couldn't figure out what was bugging me and why it had always been on my mind."

Heeseung listened to her rant, not leaving her eyes once. She paused because it was now time for her to tell him. Misun had tears in her eyes, just thinking about everything that could go wrong after this.

She continued, "I was scared of facing the truth, and the truth is that I'm falling for you." A tear drop finally escaped from Misun's eyes as the boy in front of her widened his eyes.

Misun continued crying even though she kept talking, "Every single time I have been with you, my heart hurts like crazy. I tried very hard to convince myself to not fall for you. I distracted myself with school and did avoid you, I didn't believe it then, but I do now."

"All this time, I pushed away those feelings for that I have for you. I'm sorry for not telling you and I'm sorry for telling you this late." She said, her nose pink and eyelashes wet.

"Heeseung, I like you. If you're going to reject me or tease me about it, please do it now-"

"Stop talking." Heeseung automatically said. Although his words sounded harsh, the expression on his face said otherwise.

The boy stood with his insides shaking. He found out that she likes him too. Heeseung never expected Misun to feel that type of way for him. He wanted to make this all special and soon make her his. It wasn't just inevitable, he deeply wanted and needed it very badly.

"You're such an idiot, Misun. Locking your feelings to yourself because you were scared? Do have any idea how scared I was to feel the same thing?"

"I'd really wish you had told me sooner. I would've took one step closer to you." He said, observing the her expression.

"What?" Before fully annunciating her confused remark, Heeseung pushed his body towards her and gently placed his lips on hers.

I've been waiting for this, Misun.

Everything sparked around them. Misun couldn't comprehend what was going on with her whole universe circling around. She widened her eyes largely enough to see the texture in his face. In this moment where their lips are attached, there is no arguing from the the both of them. It was quiet in the atmosphere, but loud inside of their bodies.

Misun eventually closed her eyes, savoring this part of her life that had been new to her. Just as she expected, his lips were soft and plump. There was absolutely no stopping in this anytime soon.

They both scooted into each other, hearts racing so fast and warm. Heeseung began planting his palm onto her cheeks and the other hand separating strands of her hair, deepening the kiss while Misun placed her hands on his chest. The kiss became longer than expected, with Heeseung and Misun finally understanding the concept of love.

Parting away from the kiss, Misun had red tinted cheeks and breathed unsteadily from embarrassment. The wind blew onto Heeseung's front bangs, showing his full face with a plastered smile. He kept his stare at her and took one her hands to interlock his with.

"Do you wanna hear my answer?" He asked, as if it was not obvious for misun.

She lifted her head up at him, affectionately smiling at his sarcastic question. "I'm pretty sure your lips told me already." She raised an eyebrow to play along.

They both were laughing, until Misun clashed into his body and to embrace him. He wasn't surprised by her gesture anymore, seeing that she just sunk further into his heart. Heeseung brought both his arms up to wrap around her body and kissed her head. The hug was warm and something they longed for.

But then he heard sniffles, immediately making him worry. "What's wrong, Misun?" Heeseung asked, removing his body from hers to see her face.

She was crying again. He wonder if she knew it herself, but Misun wasn't such a strong person after all. She wiped her face with her the sleeves of her sweater. Her watery eyes looked directly at Heeseung.

"I'm so happy." Misun told him.

He let out a sigh of relief and tucked her head into him once again. "I'm glad you feel the same." Heeseung rested his head on top of hers. They stood on the empty beach with clouds filling up the sky.

Misun continued burying herself into his chest. He had displayed a small grin on his face. Heeseung's smiled turn circular, feeling something touch his face. He patted his cheek to see if anything landed on him, but didn't notice a single thing.

Before turning his head back, he felt it again but at a faster speed. Heeseung finally changed his position of his head up and saw the weather. He grasped Misun tighter to get her attention.

"Look." He said, facing the sky.
