Alora was sitting at the kitchen counter while she nursed a cup of iced coffee and reading a book. Ares was making breakfast, failing miserably as the pancake he was cooking was now burned to a crisp. Diesel was out with Eros, the elder having dragged the younger with him to buy suits for Diesel and Ares.
Alora looked up from her book as she noticed Briar walking downstairs, with a smile she greeted "Good morning, little sister."
Briar smiled and grabbed an apple while greeting both of her siblings "Good morning! I am heading out, how late were we to gather here to leave for the ball?"
Ares frowned and turned around "We are to leave at 7. Heading out? And where may you be going?"
"Rebekah is picking me up! We are going dress shopping and then heading to her house to do our nails together!" Briar replied enthusiastically as she bit into the apple.
The elder siblings shared a look and Alora smiled "Have fun lil sis, do we need to pick you up or will Rebekah bring u back home?"
"She'll bring me back here, I think" Briar frowned as she ate the last of the apple and threw it away. The siblinsg heard a car honk and Briar brightened up "That must be Rebekah! I gotta go, love youu!"
The siblings watcher her go as they waved goodbye. Alora went back to try and read her book, but the smell of something burning stopper her as she yelled "Ares, ur pancakes!" She started to read her book again, stiffling a laugh as she heard Ares freak out
