How coud I be so dumb

I gasp for breath as I am loaded into thee back of a ambulance the time is 5 am , I was getting ready for my 1st day at now new job now look, i clutch my throat making it harder to breath , the paramedic grabs my hand leading it away from my throat...I'm Auden I'm 26 years old and u may be wondering how I got into this situation... well...I used to live in New York City  with my mom , my big brother and four sisters...my dad died when I was 3 , out of all of my siblings I was very close with my brother derek offen staying with him and his wife Addison when he moved out and got married to her  but he moved to Seattle...leaving me for years...

We tallked on the phone a lot  but it wasn't the same , I still saw Addison offen  but I coud tell something was going on between her and my brother... I'm autistic  and was grately gifted so much that I graduated medical school early and was immediately sent to Seattle for my internship most of the interns are a year older then me , some younger witch I don't really get but anyways  - I moved to Seattle with nothing , except my brother who I hope woud help me with stuff-

I found a decent place to live  its this masive house full of other guys around my age all saving for places of there own , we have a messy bathroom, a fucked up kititchen and a room that can be classed as a closet  (one room for each of us ) we all have one thing in Common a love for the game dnd   I've been staying here for a few months  since iv been doing med school here and let's say iv had a fair few vists to my new workplace- iv never been good at taking care of myself- I'm always hurt or sick-  it's horrible-  I was hopeing being a general medicine doctor I coud help myself a bit
