1st day on the job

                                                                             I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it

Authors note: because it's the Christmas season  this chapter is gonna be a bit shorter !

Me and all the other interns where getting ready in a room for our 1st day as interns  and our 1st 48-hour shift- how fun-  we put our things in lockers  as I pull on the shirt of my scrubs my eyes meet with 3 other interns tallking about witch attending Thay got assigned to all Bailey , same as me  a voice calls out " omally , Yang gray , Stevens, Shepard "

I look up to see a stunning lady with black hair. , she asks the person who called for Bailey, "end of the hall " he replys   Thay see Bailey down the hall "that's the Nazi? " attractive girl asks I blush when I heard her speak and O'Malley gave me a nudge  I know that's his name form accident listing in on there conversation  " I througt the Nazi woud be a guy " George says "I thought that Nazi woud be a Nazi -" the darker blond who I know ad gray, adds 

"Maybe it's professional jealousy , maybe she's brilliant  and thay call her a Nazi because there jealous maby she's nice " the lighter blond , Stevens. Says. , I heard she's a model that's cool-  we approach Bailey and Stevens sticks her hand out to her " hi I'm Isobel Stevens but everyone calls me Izzy " she introduced herself  without giving us a second  baily snarls us  " I have 5 rules  memorise them! Rule number one: Don't bother sucking up. I hate you. That's not gonna change.

Trauma protocol, phone list, pagers, nurses will page you. You will answer every page at a run. A run! That's rule number two. Your first shift starts now and lasts 48 hours. You're interns, grunts, nobodies, bottom of the surgical food chain. You run labs, write orders, work every second night until you drop, and don't complain. On-call rooms. Attendings hog them. Sleep when you can where you can, which brings me to rule number three. If I'm sleeping, don't wake me unless

your patient is dying. Rule four: The dying patient better not be dead when I get there. Not only will you have killed someone, you woke me for no reason. We clear?"   I try to take it all in  while we are moving around the hospital-   Gray rises her hand "yes? " Bailey says  " you said 5 rules  that was only 4 " she asks at this point iv been her name tag her names Meredith

" rule number 5 you move when I move!! " Bailey says her pager beeping  she starts running down the hall , we follow. In order to obay rule 5   We soon get assigned to cases  me and George omally get  assigned to doctor , George was selected to perform an appendectomy everyone was watching up in the gallery , some even making bets but George did something wrong  Burke pushes him away and finishes up the procedure...

Afterwards everyone started to call him 007...I know from Derek it means license to kill... yet the work day gose on...but I can't stop thinking if Cristina Yang...iv never liked girls before never ever ever but maybe this time's different maybe...she's the girl who's gonna make me normal  make me like all the other guys  I won't be the odd one out anymore
