Rouge was flying across a glorified forest. there was blood everywhere, much to her surprise. but she was here for 2 reasons. the first was to find Shadow because she thinks he's missing, and that he could do something about the situation. the second was because chaos emeralds. but little did she know, the chaos emerald part was a trick. and she took the bait because it had even the slightest mention of emeralds ahead. typical Rouge, simping over jems.
[writer's note: she's in her sonic prime outfit because it looks cool]
while she was walking, she hardly noticed that behind her, was EXEclaw himself. and he was happy. yeah, he got his ass kicked by Shadow, but he knows he will get him another time. besides, he multiplied himself with them having the same mind. anyways, EXEclaw then tapped Rouge's shoulder while she was looking around.
''hello there'' EXEclaw said in a silly but horrifying tone.
''what the fu- big blue?'' Rouge said, confused
''no. i'm not the sonic you know. i. am. god! but you can call me EXEclaw, because that's my name. besides there were no chaos emeralds, just sayin''' EXEclaw said.
''damn it!'' Rouge said. she then turned and ran, but EXEclaw transported her to another part of the forest where she hit her head because he sent her atop a tree. and yet she survived the fall.
''owwww.... fuck... i have to get away from him.'' Rouge said. then she had an idea. ''i could get the master emerald off Knuckles. he might agree that i'm more worth trusting with it then this EXEclaw''
she walked through the place, flipping switches to make it through this terrifying new location. she had eventually been able to flip all of them. however, as she found a chaos emerald lying on the floor, picked it up, and walked off amazed by it, EXEclaw teleported in front of her.
''well played, bat girl. you solved my puzzle. to be honest, i was planning on making it go easy n you anyway'' said EXEclaw. ''but the games have just begun''.
Rouge jetted out by running to a cliff, then gliding over. she then, with the corner of her eye, found 2 chaos emeralds. very coincidental they were here, she thought, but she wasn't taking any chances.
turns out, she learned they were real. she sighed a breath of relief. she then decided she had to escape EXEclaw, get the maste emerald, and find Shadow. she flew into the air, then went upward, but EXEclaw appeared behind her.
''i'm only going easy on you because it's much more fun, and more challenging'' EXEclaw smiled wickedly. ''it won't hurt for any more then a second''
but before he did anything, Rouge flew off, then she hid from him. while he was searching for her, she found angel island in the sky. she then flew off there. EXEclaw noticed a second too late. she then stuck the middle finger at him, with her tongue out.
''calm... i must remain calm...'' he thought to himself, breathing heavily.
Rouge then landed, and found the entrance to hidden palace. there, she had found the master emerald. she had also learned Shadow was there two, amongst other surviviors.
