Social Dancing in the plaza

"I can't contain my excitement for tonight's social dancing in the plaza! It's going to be so much fun! Mi amiga Isabel, I'm curious, what fabulous outfit have you chosen to wear for this special occasion?"

"I guess, I'll be wearing the Filipiñana dress my mother gave me."

"Oh yes! That dress suits you well," Maria responded, her eyes lighting up with excitement. She had seen me try on the dress before and knew how it accentuated my features. "I can already imagine how stunning you will look in that dress!" she added.

"And I can't wait to see you gracefully moving, twirling and swaying on the dance floor, as you share an enchanting moment with Antonio," I exclaimed, my excitement evident in my voice.

"You think Antonio will dance with me?" Maria asked, a hint of uncertainty in her voice.

"Of course, mi amiga," I assured her, my voice full of confidence. "I'm sure Antonio will be left in a daze when he sees you."

Feeling reassured, Maria nodded with a shy smile. "I should go home now and look for my outfit for tonight," she said, her excitement palpable. "See you later, amiga."

"See you," I responded, waving her off with a warm smile. As she hurriedly left.

"Are you certain you will join the social dance in the plaza, Isabel?" my mother asked.

"Sí, mamá," I responded confidently.

This time, without a doubt, I am absolutely certain that I will be joining the social dancing event in the lively plaza. It's not something I typically partake in, as I usually shy away from such gatherings. However, my dear friend Maria, who is always present at every event, has been urging me to give it a try. Knowing that my supportive friend, Maria, will be there alongside me, I am assured that I won't be left to navigate this experience alone.

After some time, as the event drew closer, I finally decided it was time to start getting ready. My mother handed me the beautiful Filipiñana dress that had been carefully chosen for this special occasion. With a warm smile exchanged between us, I closed the door to my room. Carefully slipping into the Filipiñana dress, I marveled at its intricate design and the way it hugged my figure. The fabric felt luxurious against my skin. With the dress on, I turned my attention to my hair, wanting to create a look that would complement my attire. Taking the comb in my hand, I began to meticulously style my hair into a neat bun. I wanted my hair to be elegant and sophisticated, just like the dress I was wearing. As I worked on my hair, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement building up inside me. Once satisfied with my hairstyle, I turned my attention to the accessories. I carefully selected a pair of white pearl earrings, their lustrous glow adding a touch of elegance to my overall look. With my hair and earrings in place, I called out to my mother for assistance. She lovingly came to my aid, helping me attach a scarf around my neck. The scarf was intricately designed with traditional patterns. As my mother adjusted the scarf, I couldn't help but feel a surge of gratitude towards her for her unwavering support and guidance.

Just as I was about to retrieve my fan, there was a gentle knock on the door. Opening it, I was greeted by the sight of Maria, who shared my excitement for this event, wearing a white blouse and a long skirt, with a scarf delicately draped around her neck. In her hand, she held a fan, an essential accessory. Seeing Maria dressed in the same attire filled me with a sense of camaraderie.
