Kion thought he was ready because he was all healed, he was sure that if Kifu came back, he would be prepared and ready for anythig... And most importantly, he would be able to protect Rani.
On that note, Kion and Rani had become very close over the past couple of days. Rani had even said that she loved Kion one day when she was walking into her den, right after she said it though, she had hoped that he didn't hear it, although he did, he didnt show it.
Kion and Rani had become closer, but that's not the only thing getting close, their wedding day was also vastly approaching and instead of dreading the day, they were both very exited about it.
Sorry for a very short Chapter, I'll hopefully post again today but if i dont, defiantly tomorrow, i'd also like to give some shout outs. First, i'd like to say a very big ty to my Big sis!
