Aohane: Please don't use selfharm on yourself. It's bad for your health and the bonds with your friends and family can break up too
Yina: If you know a person who use self harm or are you a victim yourself. Please contact a specialist to help you or that person. It's very bad if you do it so if you do it, just stop
