SEASON NINE, EPISODE THREE
"Hey, Alex." Meredith said when coming into the attending's lounge where her friend who was sleeping in her childhood home, was in the lounge with Miranda Bailey and James, "Why did an intern just give me a compliment on the crown mouldings in my empty house? Are you still sleeping there?"
Alex poured himself a cup of coffee, "Chicks like it better than the on-call room." James scrunched up his nose in disgust from where he ate his lunch in the lounge, "Now I have to have the place tented. Give me back my key." Meredith said with her hand outstretched.
James looked in between the two, "You don't even live there anymore. Why do you care?" Meredith looked at her friend, "Key. Please."
The attending's lounge door opened and in came in, April Kepner who James hadn't seen ever since his brother had died, "April, hey." The Sloan male said when standing up from the chair who smiled at the new attending, "April, what are you doing here?" Meredith then questioned.
"Oh, uh, Hunt came and got me on the farm from Moline." The ex farmer stated, "I was giving the Pigs their breakfast, and I turn around, and there's Dr Hunt, offering me my job back." April said with a smile, "He didn't tell you guys?" The attendings shook their heads, "Nope."
Jackson then came into the lounge where he then saw a mop of red hair, "April?" He questioned to what the red headed surgeon spun around, "Hunt hired her back." Meredith said to what Alex then added, "We think. It might have been Jesus."
James chuckled at that, "I thought you went to Tulane." April said when looking at him, "Yeah. No. I changed my mind." He spoke not looking at James who knew the real reason why Jackson actually stayed.
"Hey." Miranda Bailey said when Jackson pulled his dark blue scrub top over his head, "You people are attendings. You do not change clothes in front of everyone like animals and interns, because nobody wants to see all that." Dr Bailey continued when looking at the attending, "Apparently Kepner does,"
James slapped the back of Alex's head, "Leave her alone, Karev." He stated when looking at his attending when he then got a page, "Welcome back, April," James said smiling charmingly at the red headed surgeon.

The superior questioned Callie when coming towards her, "Sixteen year old kid, fished her out of the sound, sailing accident." Dr Torres explained as James looked back at Alex, "Karev, make sure we have an empty trauma room clear," Alex does as said when James goes to put on the yellow trauma gown when seeing an intern come in his way, "You mind?"
