My eyes fluttered open as the sun beamed from the window onto my face and I smiled, remembering last night but it faded when I remember the events of the anniversary. It made me feel sick to my stomach but when Rafe came in to the room and he smiled at me so I smiled back. "You look beautiful in my shirt." He told me before kissing me softly making me smile and he went out to the balcony to check the damage of yesterday's party. "Hey, you're the man, Rafe." Someone yelled from the lawn and I looked around the room. "Hey. I'm gonna stay that way too." Rafe said then came back in and he changed his shirt making me frown.
"Hey, are you going somewhere?" I asked as he was picking up his keys and something else which made me curious. "Um, yeah. Uh..." Rafe cleared his throat and nodded "I've got some business to take care of, but you can hang out here, all right? I'll... I'll be back... and then we can continue our conversation from last night."
