-the next night-

All of the goblins chanted in their own language, and some goblins growls, strickler then turns into his changeling form, and walks up to the bridge while holding the amulet in the air, strickler then kneels on one knee.

"Open the bridge!" gunmar demanded, bular laughs, and walks up to strickler, and takes the amulet from him, "It is my honor, father." bular exclaims, katie gave a slight chuckle, strickler then walks over to nomura, and stands next to her, "Where is the young changeling?" nomura asks, "He should be here" strickler stated, he then turns to one of the goblins, "Fragwa, take your brethren and fetch that vile little beast." strickler demanded, the goblins agreed, and left.

Bular then jumps onto the bridge, "For centuries, father, we have awaited your glorious return. Tonight, we take back the surface lands. Tonight, we feast!" bular shouted, all of the goblins cheered, "Waka-chaka!" one of the goblins shouted, katie didn't like the idea, but she will do everything in her power to protect her family, katie then gave a slight grin.

Bular laughs, and puts the amulet into the bridge, the bridge glowed bright, "Finally... after centuries of being in the Darklands... " gunmar exclaims, but then the bridge started to make noise, "Something is wrong!" bular shouted, the bridge started to close again, "take out the amulet! take it out now!" strickler shouted, bular quickly tries to take out the amulet, "The portal is closing!" gunmar shouted, when bular tries to take it out, it knocks him off of the bridge, katie quickly runs up to bular, "My son..." gunmar called out, bular quickly turns around, "Father!" bular called out, "My son, what have you done?" gunmar shouted then the bridge portal closed, "Father!" bular shouted, katie gave a worried look.

strickler quickly walks up to the amulet that fell from the bridge, and picks it up, and reads it, "'Daylight is his to command.' Bular!" strickler shouted before bular grabbed his throat, "You said the amulet would open the bridge!" bular shouted, katie took a few steps back, "Bular, i know what we need." strickler stated, "What?" bular asks furiously, "The trollhunter. The amulet won't work without him. He is the key." strickler explained, bular then turned to nomura, "Bring the trollhunter to me!" bular demanded, "it will be my pleasure." nomura exclaims as she bows, and left, bular then threw strickler into a wall, "Pray that your right, impure, or arcadia will burn in my fury." bular stated, "He still has the fake amulet. Nothing will protect him now." strickler exclaims.

katie decides to step out of the room to try, and calm herself down, bular noticed that katie was not herself, and walked out, he then turns to strickler, "Watch the amulet, impure! I will be back shortly." bular exclaims, strickler rolled his eyes, bular decides to follow katie, he then noticed that katie was sitting on top of a box.

Katie suddenly noticed bular, "Oh, hey bular, you feeling alright?" katie asks, bular sighs, "Not entirely." bular replies, katie nods in understanding, "I understand how you feel bular." katie exclaims, bular sighs, and lays down on the floor, katie decides to hop off of the box, and sits down next to bular, "It's okay, we will figure something out." katie exclaims while giving a slight smile, bular grunts, and moves his head away, katie sighs, "I- i can go, and give you some space if you'd like." katie suggested, bular sighs, "No... i rather much have you as company, then listen to strickler." bular exclaims, katie gave a slight smile, she then decides to get closer to bular, and scratch his head, bular flinched, and quickly moves his head, and stares at katie, "What are you doing?!" bular asks, "I was just trying to comfort you..." katie explained, bular then realised what katie meant, "i- i'm sorry, i didn't mean to lash out on you like that.." bular exclaims, katie decides to hug bular close, "You don't need to apologise, you are the one that is going through so much at the moment, i understand how it must feel bular... trust me.. i know." katie stated, bular's eyes slightly widened, and then decides to nudged himself into katie's hug.
