Chapter 16: Submission to the Dragon of Dragons

Just as she made the decision, a crack of thunder sounded and she jumped bringing her knees to her chest and let out a small scream covering her ears and closing her eyes as tight as she could. Seeing this, Issei wrapped his arms around her small body and brought her closer to him to where she was now sitting on his lap with her head in the crook of his shoulder and neck feeling safety wash over her. Feeling her relax in his embrace, he stroked her hair and hummed a soft tune and eventually he heard her breathing deeper and more evenly smiling as he saw she fell asleep. Kissing the top of her head, he lays her down next to him and cuddles her closely so that she could get a good night's sleep that she has been needing.

The next morning, Celestia woke to see she was still wrapped in Issei's arms and realised she actually slept through the night and it was because she knew he would protect her. Thinking back to last night, she blushed as she remembered she had decided to submit to the gorgeous man before her and she was going to make it official when he woke up. As she had that thought, she noticed he was awake so she said good morning.
"Looks like someone slept well considering you fell asleep on my lap last night" He chuckled amused, causing a blush to spread across her cheeks. She sat up and looked at him with that blush still on her face but with a spark in her eyes that told him she was ready to submit to him like he knew she would. "Sir, I was thinking... I think- no, I know what I want. I wish to submit and officially become yours, Sir. Just like Amber and Dae and all the other lovelies, I wish to be yours."

Chuckling, he sat up and told her that from the moment she accepted his invitation to the ball, she was already one of his. "It was only a matter of time before you came to submit to me, my dear" he said amusedly. He gently grabbed her face and brushed his thumb over her cheek, softly moving it until he was brushing her lips. Leaning in, he saw her close her eyes as she too leaned in until their lips met and began moving rhythmically with each other when he pulled her closer until she was straddling his lap. Breaking the kiss, they rested their foreheads together and smiled. "I will have Gaya deliver your custom collar at some point today. The collar is unique to you and will automatically adjust to your neck size so there will be no reason to ever take it off. Even when you shift into your small cat form, it will shift with you and there is a leash that attaches to the ring in the front but it will only appear when I want it to. Meet me back here tonight and we will continue where we left off, my Lovely." She gave him a big smile and kissed him again before getting up so that they could get on with their day with anticipation for that evening's special activities.
