Alice's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe that Kit had found out about my YouTube channel: that was meant to be a secret. After morning interval we had Art, which I loved. Drawing allowed all my stresses and worries to fade away. This year I decided to opt for the theme of shells, I loved to draw natural forms. I overheard Kit,talking about his theme to our art teacher. He was amazing at portraiture and he was passionate about art as much as me; if not more. I wandered past to get some paper to make a start and I felt his eyes follow me around the room.

Kit's P.O.V.

I was currently having a debate about what to draw for the next 6 months, Alli had decided straight away and had already started. I was having some difficulty. As she walked past me I had a sudden, almost genius, idea. This year I wanted to try and get closer to Alli, and maybe eventually ask her out, but I knew it wouldn't be easy. I had to be careful around her, I needed to do something she loves with her. That's when I thought of a theme.

"Why don't I combine picturesque landscapes with a silhouette" I proposed to my art teacher.

"You would need to take photos yourself and get some help from someone else" she stated, but she seemed to approve.

"I know, I'll get them soon, tonight if possible" my plan was already hatching.

I stared over at Alli: she had her earphones in again. She was happily drawing away. When the bell rang I walked with her to PE.

"Are you doing anything tonight?" I asked

"Nope! Why what were you thinking?" she replied, this is my chance.

"Well I was hoping you could help me out. I need to get photos of some different landscapes, but I want to include the silhouette of someone in it. I was hoping you could help me take some photos"

"Sounds like a good idea, we should go to the park later on, the river there would make a nice painting."

"I was thinking more of the beach?" She grimaced at this idea

"I hate sand"she whined, making puppy dog eyes and a big sad face. God she was beautiful. Stop it Kit! Get back to the point!

"Why don't we compromise then? We can do the beach and the park? We can go to the park in time for the sunsetting?"

She smiled at this idea.

"Sounds like a plan!"

Alice's P.O.V.

I heard a car horn outside my house just as I had finished getting ready. I had managed to scrape a couple of outfits together so Kit could decide which ones looked better in the photos. I looked at myself approvingly in the mirror, Kit had asked me to wear my hair curly and have it down so the wind could catch it. I could tell tonight was going to be fun. I said goodbye to my mum and ran out to the car. I smiled as he opened the door for me.

"You ready?" He asked

"As I'll ever be" I replied and winked.

Kit's P.O.V.

Did she just wink at me? I just laughed it off. She looked perfect her hair was flowing down last her shoulders and she was staring out of the window smiling. The sun shone on her face and created an angelic glow, all I wanted to do right now was stop the car and kiss her. But I couldn't that would freak her out. Kailyn told me to have patience.

"Want to listen to the radio?" I asked to break the silence

"YEAHH!!! LETSS GETTT SOMMEE TUNNAGEE ONNNNN!!" I just laughed at her enthusiasm and switched to her favorite radio station.
