Jake

Athena had a garden in her backyard, but instead of veggies and fruits it was full of flowers. All sorts of flowers, all different colors, shapes, and sizes. I only knew about her little flower garden because I now got into the habit of looking over the fence.

"What are you doing?"

I almost fell off the stool hearing Johnnies voice.

"Nothing." I admitted

"Really Jake? Stalking the poor neighbor girl? She's gonna think we're murderers."

"But she has pretty flowers." I whined

He rolled his eyes "Get back into the house before she calls the cops."

I groaned, but followed Johnnie.

We sat in the living room now having to come up with new ideas for filming.

"Spicy noodles."

"And?"

"And what? That's it."

He nodded his head "Alright I guess, let's get the spicy noodles."

"This looks absolutely disgusting." Johnnie said

I stared at him "You don't give anything a chance."

"There are flys going into it and not coming back out." He pointed out

"If I didn't see it, it didn't happen."

I saw Johnnie scruch is nose "Disgusting."

"It's fine, it's called extra protein for a reason." I said

We started the video and talked like we were teenage girls.

"Jake, I can't eat anymore." Johnnie complained

"Bitch, eat it."

"I need more milk."

"I used the last of it." I smiled

Johnnie started to yell.

"I'm done, that's it."

"You can't leave me."

"I can and I will."

Johnnie walked back into the house leaving me alone to clean up our mess, but it was more like mine.

"Are you alright?"

I turned my head to see Athena poking her head over the fence. I smiled dragging the chair I was sitting on over to where she was, I stood on top of the chair while nodding my head.

"Yeah we're fine." I said

"What was up with all the yelling?" She asked

"Johnnie was just upset that we ran out of milk."  I shrugged my shoulders

She hummed "And what's up with the noodles?"

"Oh, just making a video."

"For YouTube?"

I nodded.

"That's cool Jake." She said seeming to be interested in what I do

"Really?"

She nodded her head smiling a little bit.

"Maybe you can join me and Johnnie a day." I said maybe pushing it a little

"Oh Jake, I don't like doing that." She mumbled

"You don't have to be in the frame, just please tag along

"Can I think about it?"

I nodded my head quickly.

"Just text me whenever." I said before jumping off the chair and running back into the house.
