Tashannee'S pov

It was 10:36 the next morning my mom wasn't home and neither was Jay.
I was in the house alone.
Just as I was to get up a sharp pain evolved in my belly bottom and I wince.
When it calmed I tried getting up agn it worked but I struggled to walk.....
"all becsuse yuh go tek fuck..... Friga yuh", miss mam in my head say.
"atleast it did feel nice",i replied back smiling

Today was Monday and I didn't have school but I did have work so to start my day I wrote down a to do list then head to the bathroom did my routine took a bath and came out.
Same time my phone rannggg.........

"Who lock the door B?", he said.
"uhmmmm...... Good morning to you tooo.... There is a spare key under the door mat use it.", I said then hanging up

Minutes after I heard footstep coming to my room I knew who it was so I continued doing what I was then my room door was opened.

"why yuh hang up the phone pon mi" Jay said coming over to me.
"because u left me alone without telling me", I said not looking at him.
"B mi did do sumn and yuh did a sleep", he said while I took out a two ripped jeans and top and my mini bag with my timberland.
"Okk....I'm not goin  to school tho but I got some errands to run",i said to him.

Jay's pov

I left tash sleeping and I hoped she wouldn't wake until I'm back but sadly she did.

I wanted to ask if she was OK after what happened last night but she seemed to be upset with me.

"errrmmmm........ Yuh tooo badzz?", I asked.

"yes.", she said.

"I mean-", i started but she cutt me off"i know what you mean I'm fine I felt a lil pain earlier I'm good and I'm just kinda hungry but overall I'm fine ", she said smiling and I pecked her lips.

" wah yuh want fi eat babes? ",i asked looking at my phone.

"idk it's like 11 smth now maybe I can buy some snacks on my way", she said and I looked at her.

"nutten deh ya fi eat", she looked at me like she was hiding something.

"tashannee", I said.

"summn wrong? ", I asked.

"no."

without hesitating I went downstairs to look in their pantry which was right inbetween the kitchen and the pantry.
When I looked there was barely any food and fridge was empty stove was clean no dirty equipments.

"weh she and har mother even eat if the place empty?", big man asked in my head.
"dat mi ago find out yah now.",I replied.

"tash!",i called her.

"hah", she answered.

"weh you and yuh mother eat when unuh come home?", I asked looking at her.

"uhmmm.... We cook.", she said.

"cook wah? Tash B man anuh fool fi see seh yaaah hide summn and yuh pantry empty nuh dirty equipments fridge empty a just one milk box in deh and I doubt if nutten inna the milk box. B wah deh deh mi nuh know bout? Yaaah mi ooman mi nah sidung and mek yuh dead fi hungry and how long now the house empty? ", I said angrier than how I actually wanted to sound.

" uhmmmm a week and I do eat mi nah dead fi hungry. "she said lowly.

" yaah go get some groceries today and nuh tell mi no mi will pay fi dem get ready and fawud waah the first errands yuh have? ", I said walking pass her to her room.
