It all happened so fast. And yet. Time had slowed down.My brothers had rushed in, all at once. They all had their wristblades at the ready, and aimed at Shadow as they ran at him.
My mate pushed me down, before shoving me aside and behind a few large crates. Before my brothers reached him, and a spray of bright green hit the wall where I just was.
My youngest older brother fell to the ground where I just stood, his throat and upper chest slashed out, and gushing blood. His eyes were open and lifeless, his drool dripping from his mandibles.
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, before looking back up.
Shadow threw my eldest brother into the opposite wall with a roar, and my brother hit it so hard, a crack split through the metal. My brother slumped down, out of sight, before another brother leapt onto Shadows' back, and tried to hack at his front with a big knife.
But I remembered Shadow telling me that he was once a General. And I was starting to see why.
He grabbed the brother in front of him, while grabbing the arm of the one on his back and threw them into the ground in front of him. He stomped down on the head on the one who was on his back, his skull splitting open and his blood and brains exploding out. Shadow then lifted the other and bit down on his face, crushing his skull with his teeth and mandibles before ripping his head from his shoulders.
He spat out the remnants of the head, before the last of my brothers came down from above, his spear aiming down at Shadows spine.
And I almost forgot that Shadow could read minds.
Because he turned into a blur. Moving so fast, that my brother appeared to crumple to the ground in a messy heap, for no reason. Until Shadow stopped and looked around, his ears flicking, and I saw my brother's heart in his hand, and green blood, that wasn't his, covering his front and dripping from his mouth.
Then I stood up, shaking and visibly scared. But I saw movement behind Shadow as he turned to look at me.
"Look out!", I yelled, reaching for him.
But he was faster. I blinked and my eldest brother's body was on the ground, head and spine ripped out, and Shadow holding up his trophy while roaring loudly in victory.
Then time sped up again, and I now noticed the large crowd on each end of the alley, they're eyes wide. I believe they might've just seen how powerful Shadow was. And he didn't even use magic of any kind.
Once Shadow stopped roaring, he dropped the head, and swiftly turned to me, grabbing my shoulders and looking me up and down. His eyes were full of worry, and he was purring to help calm me.
"Are you alright? They didn't touch you?", he asked, looking me in the eyes.
I shook my head, no. He nodded and pulled me close, hugging me tightly.
"Good. Good", he muttered, before letting go of me, and stepping away. He then proceeded to shake like a hound, sending green droplets everywhere, except I saw the droplets hit something invisible, and drip to the ground in front of me.
Huh. Must've used magic to shield me from the spray.
Once he was done, he took my hand in his, and led me out and away from the alley. Through the streets, and all the way back up to Moms home.
We hurried in, and rushed to the bathroom, closing the door behind us.
Shadow stripped us quickly, and threw me into the filled bathtub. He joined right after and pinned me to the far wall. He spread my legs, and thrusted inside me. He thrusted again and again, making me gasp and groan as he pumped me full of his thick meat!
