Before getting up she stared at the ceiling, she shut her eyes for a bit, she couldn't stop thinking about the story Mrs Martinez told in class, why was it so stuck in her head? Why did she think it was unfair and a lie? Something deep down, a feeling she couldn't let go of
"Jenna! Get up!" Natalie said as she knocked on the door, she did get up, she did her morning routine, and picked an outfit which was gray sweatpants and a white t-shirt.
"Morning Mama" Natalie said as she kissed Jenna's cheek with a smile, making her smile as well "Hi mom, sleep well?" Natalie nodded happily, This was the hour for them, to bond, Jenna liked to wake up early so she could have her mom all for herself, they both enjoyed it very much
"Mhm not really" Jenna answered with her nose scrunched up, Natalie gave her a cup of coffee as she sat down in front of her "Why sweetie? Rough night?"
"I..i don't know really? I just couldn't stop thinking about a story that Mrs. Martinez told us in class yesterday"
"What was it about? It must've been a good one to be stuck in your head like this" Natalie said giggling, Jenna smiled at her mom softly
"It was about Satan on how he got casted from heaven, like i even had a dream about it but i can't really remember what happeend "
Natalie stopped sipping on her coffee, She remembered Jenna would have an imaginary friend as a little child named lucifer... of course Jenna didn't remember, she was too little, But why did it always come back to that being? She thought it could be a phase.
"Really? What did she say?"
"Well basically Lucifer wanted to be more than God but...i don't know i honestly think that's a lie"
Natalie nodded as she heard her daughter speak her thoughts out, apparently, it was never a phase.
Jenna walked next to Olivia and Billie to their table, They were talking about something but Jenna didn't care, She was tired and out of it
"Bruh i swear she always be zoning out" Billie said as they all sat down, Conan nodded as he already knew of course what she was talking about
"Happened yesterday as well not new, anyways I'm sad guys" Jenna snapped out of it as she heard this, she frowned and looked up at him "Why?" Everyone giggled at her "Oh so now she listens" Olivia said, Jenna rolled her eyes and smiled "But why? What's wrong?" Conan happy stare died quickly
"He gave his sweater to heather..."
Everyone stood silent, Conan was secretly dating Dylan, of course Captain of the football team, but then Heather came along

The next class was shared with Conan and Olivia, Jenna had her head down on her desk feeling really sleepy
"Okay...yes alright" She head the teacher say, Conan who was sitting behind her quickly shook her shoulder, but she didn't budge
"Well class we have a new student " Mrs. Collins said smiling happily, Jenna frowned by heard this feeling Conan shake her again
