"The nigga kinda weird." I mumbled as I walked beside Kayla. "After the project was finished..he just full on ghosted, shi was weird." I would be lying if she said Amiri ghosting her hurt me a bit. On the other hand, I wasn't surprised..he cheated on me.
The two rarely seen each other on campus now that finals week was beginning and Ny'Asia was usually stuck in her apartment studying like crazy. Luckily, the holidays were near and they would be on break soon. It was somewhat exciting but Ny'Asia knew she would only be with her family which made her a bit angry that her parents were the way they were.

"These games be killing me." Shaio said as I walked beside him to go towards the bleachers to see Amiri, Chase, and Kayla waiting for us. As I started to sit next to Kayla, I noticed Amiri looking at me as I rolled my eyes and looked the other way.
"Keep playing fore that nigga get yo ass back." Kayla mumbled as I looked at her and hit her arm. "Hush up! Ain't nobody getting dick tonight!" I said a bit loud as the group looked at me. "Amiri get her, she buggin out." Shaio says before Amiri shakes his head and laughs.
I flip off Shaio and get up to get a snack as I eye Amiri while I walk down the bleachers. "This nigga think he something." I mumbled and check out with my pretzel bites as I see Amiri.
"Fuck wrong wit you? You been acting weird all week Ny'Asia." He said as he stopped her.
"Me being weird..how about youuuu? You love to hit and go." She laughed at the sound of him saying her name before moving around.
"Nigga..it's finals week. I didn't know you was serious bout that?" He explained as he grabbed my free arm and made me face him as he gave me a concerned look.
I couldn't believe this nigga didn't think to call me. I'm not boutta let him play with my feelings, he did it previously.
I didn't want to argue so I began to walk away, going back to my seat as I greeted Kayla and continued watching the game.

The next morning, I brushed the whole situation off and decided to just move on. I wasn't gonna chase Amiri, I was better off being alone. Maybe it was just a one and done for both of us. I wouldn't be surprised if he came around sometime later. His homeboy Autumn was fine though.
I was making breakfast when I heard the familiar noise of my ring camera indicating that someone was near. It was odd since I wasn't expecting any guests but I figured it was just a package and brushed it off. "This sandwich finna eat down!" I squealed as I started to eat my bagel. But I was interrupted when I seen a familiar contact pop up on my phone. __________________________________

"I'm sick of this nigga coming uninvited.." I sulked to the door and opened it, revealing the blonde dreadhead in his all black attire along with a gigantic bouquet of pink glitter roses. I felt my jaw began to drop as I seen all the flowers tied into the tiny bow. I soon caught myself as I fixed my face and stood up straight.
